Its common with wrestlers. He trains with Rashaad Evans and a few other guys who were collegiate wrestlers that also have it. Its from not cleaning the matts thouroughly or wrestling a guy with an outbreak. Paul is one of the strongest dudes I've met for never touching gear. 2 Years ago he put up 405 on bench and weighed 189 for wrestling. Pretty impressive
