Buckhead fucks up most desireable areas, i.e. buckheads migration to Virginia Highlands, although Virginia Higlands isn't particularly exciting either, but in comparison, to most other Atlanta neighborhoods it's not bad.

I lived in Virginia Highland before it was gentrified, then fled to Inman Park, which became gentrified, so I fled to Grant Park, which has now been gentrified. I have given up.
