I am planning on using AAS in the near future, but right now I'm just studying them. I've found a great deal of information on their different characteristics, but the one issue I haven't found any research on is recovery time. Which types of AAS improve muscle recovery the most? Also, how are IGF-1 and HGH at improving muscle recovery? Thanks.
