which types of AAS speed recovery the most?

Hello everyone,

I am planning on using AAS in the near future, but right now I'm just studying them. I've found a great deal of information on their different characteristics, but the one issue I haven't found any research on is recovery time. Which types of AAS improve muscle recovery the most? Also, how are IGF-1 and HGH at improving muscle recovery? Thanks.

not attacking you, but I think that's BS. How would one explain the ability to hit a body part twice in one week and do it at a higher capacity then the previous workout?

Try doing that clean... AAS plays a HUGE role in recovery time.

I'm on test and winny right now and I LOVE the recovery time, especially on legs. I completely destroy my legs. When not on cycle I'll be a cripple for the next five days but now while on cycle I feel like I could train them again the next day. It's fucking amazing. Doing 9 work sets of squats, 4 leg press and 4 hack squat sets to finish off and to not feel miserable the rest of the week is a true blessing.
 
Just going off of what I read bro. I'll read over it again and get the specifics for you when I get home.

Thanks for the info guys. That was great. Beachbum: I'm having alot of trouble with my legs wearing out right now, so it's good to hear that test and winny have that much of an effect for you.
 
every form of AAS reduces recovery time in its own sort of way. but anadrol has to be hands down the best aas for the shortest recovery time. but most likely not the safest.
 
when on an oral like dbol or anadrol i feel that my strength and recovery time are insane....

upon the addition of deca to my test e cycle i can say i have a much better increased recovery time then just test e alone
