Hey all i posted earlier asking about using transaderm as a test base for a dianabol cycle and got the answer that it would be fine as a test base with an oral ph/aas but out of the 3 cycles below which one would you say is best and why please? I really dont want to inject btw hence using transaderm as a test base just for everyone whos gonna tell me to run test e 12 week :/ i dont mean to sound ignorant saying that i just couldnt injecy myself.
The cycles:

2 week pre load transaderm
Week 1-6 dianabol 30mg or beastdrol/katanadrol or ultradrol/trenazone
Week 1-6 transaderm
Week 1-10 forma-stanzol
Week 1-10 n2guard

Pct 4 week
Clomid 25/25/12.5/12.5
Unleashed/post cycle

Thanks for any input im just curious to see which one majority of people would prefer to run for strength and size gain
 
If this is your first cycle stick with one compound...no stacks, and Beastdrol is not a good choice for a first cycle...Hella is a better choice.

Hey sorry about late reply been busy, yeah sure heres everything
Age:21
Height:5 ft 5.5 inch
Weight:151lb
Training:3 years training started at 130-132lb
Bf%: between 10-15 i dont really know tbh.
Lifts: bench 110kg x 1 rep deadlift 145kg x 3 rep squat 145kg x 1 rep (145kg is all i have in weight at the moment..train at home)
Cycle history: h-drol 6 week 100mg highest i went last 2 weeks did nothing for me strength wise looked abit more vascular gained 4lb...kept after pct also 6 week later
Also did 4 weeks ams rd stack 1ad,4ad,decavol done nothing for me so far been 3 weeks stopped kre-alkalyn before cycle and lost 3lb after 2 weeks of discontiuing small amount of water loss maybe but iv got a week left of the ams nothing has really give me that "on" feeling so i was looking for something stronger with the stacks stated in the first post, im going to post some pics tommorow because my weight does me no justice what so ever i believe i look like i weigh more i carry alot more muscle than alot of guys at my weight but like i said il post pica tommorow its late where i am and im going to bed lol, thanks for replying il be in touch tommorow.
 
Dianabol or beast will be good for strength and "size" but you will bloat up with water and lose a lot of your size in pct. you won't get as strong or big but helladrol and trenazone will put on more quality weight you can keep in pct. you can gain 10 quality lbs with that and and if you dont you aren't eating right. Nutrition will really dictate your results.

Agree with the diet comment, Dbol will put water retention on you, but Beast won't...but I think Beast is too much at this point...just my opinion...Hella & Trenazone would be good, even Ultra & Trenazone...Dylan just came off that cycle, did really well for him...but if really depends on what you want out of the cycle...and I will just add because I have to and I care...you are too young to be messing with these compounds bro...you haven't reached your natural potential yet, but you will do whatever you want to do and I would rather you get some quality guidance at this point instead of you getting reamed here for cycling at a young age.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ listen to my bro here man... he is speaking the truth... i can advise you on all of these but advising you on them would not be in your best interest... there is no need for you to be messing with any of this right now... its a big mistake that you will regret later if you start too early... take advantage of the fact that you can get big gains naturally and use them up until they can't be used anymore... why short yourself that? be smart with it man...

lollll okay, i understand what you meant... of course you could run a ph bro but its just not a wise decision... we try to look out for peoples' best interest in here and not just tell them shit that they want to hear... i just don't want you to make a poor decision bro... you have plenty of time for this and at this time its just not wise...
 
Ok buddy thanks alot for your help and advice like i said before im here to learn sorry if i come across arrogant or ignorant at any point im far from it, im just struggling like crazy to put weight on and i physically cant force feed anymore i eat a fair bit of food for how much i weigh and it really annoys me how someone 13-14 stone can get away with eating 3000 cals a day and gain...i eat 3000+ cals everyday of the year and weigh in at a 10 stone 11....i struggle to gain weight badly if i posted my diet up here could help me out with it please? I wont be able to post for another hour yet though im at work at the moment but i know what i eat off by heart i eat the same shi* everyday had the same diet for nearly a year now just trying to fit more food in but im struggling lol thanks

Well heres my diet and routine maybe you could critique both if you dont mind please.
6.40 am bowl of cheerios(lol) 2 scoop hyper gain weight gainer (600 cals)

10 am 2 tuna sandwiches (tin of tuna 4 slices of bread) bannana, cashew nuts (half a bag)

1.00pm 2 tuna sandwiches same as above, low fat yoghurt and apple

5.00 pm 2 tuna sandwiches same as above, cashew nuts(rest of the bag) and bannana, this is my pre work out meal btw

7.00pm tea, this meal differs everynight tbh not much though always consista of veggies boiled potatoes and pork or chicken or beef or steak (my dad lives off this food always has im still living at home so i eat this also just more of it)

10.00-10.30pm hypergain 2 scoops 600cals before bed

I work on the motorway im a pipe layer by trade so all i can take to work is sandwiches really have no access to cooking facilities or cafes anything like that.

Heres my routine i train at home have nearly everything i need just have no access to cables or pulleys.
Monday
Flat bench 2 sets warm up 3x8 rep working set
Incline dumbell press 2x10 rep
Weighted dips 2x6 rep
Flat dumbell fly 2x12 rep
Close grip bench 2x8 rep
Skull crushers 2x10 rep

bro, you can't gain weight living on tuna sandwiches! come on bro!!! your depending on a weight gainer with 600 calories in it as part of your intake... you need more food... there's a damn good reason your having trouble gaining weight... bro, your living on tuna sandwiches... fuck, some homeless people live on that shit! lolll come on bro!! you have got to start eating more and different types of food... I had a feeling there was going to be a problem with it! You must switch it up!
 
If money is an issue then the cheapest way I found of getting good meals was potatoes and ground beef.. a few spoonfuls of peanut butter after each meal..

Nah moneys not an issue what so ever man, dylan could you please explain abit more? I was under the assumption tuna was good for protein intake? What meals would you suggest it has to be something i can make on a night an eat the next day without pre heating it :/ im a little lost in the diet world iv just always aimed for high protein intake but obviously im doin it wrong lol so should i stop eating sandwiches all together? If so what can i swap them for? I always thought my diet was ok haha! Glad i posted it now!
 
It's not that tuna is bad, it's just I don't see where you are getting any calories from. Besides tuna being boring and hard to stick with for me. Gotta have chicken and steak, and if money isn't an issue, I'd suggest you load up on chicken, steak, lots of sweet potatoes and brown rice. Get your veggies in, too, and vitamins and supps, and get ready to grow. Kinda looks like a diet for a hard cut, but you are trying to compensate with 2x 600 calorie weight gainer drinks. I see that you are trying, but replace those with real food. I've honestly never even touched a weight gainer drink before. Not that I am big, just saying, I don't agree with them. So, swap out those drinks with some high quality, lean, clean protein and carbs. Calories are hard to meet, until you start adding carbs in. Oatmeal, rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, even. That's the best way to help meet your caloric goals. 1g protein - 4 cals. 1g fat - 4 cals. 1g carbs - 9 cals.

Just an example, like your breakfast, it's cheerios and weight gainer. I know that adds up numerically to some decent calories, but personally, I don't think that's what your body wants. Try a chicken breast, 2 eggs, and 1 cup worth of dry oatmeal before adding water. Throw some blueberries/bananas in there, and enjoy. Or an amount that works for you. Get that quality, lean, mean protein and carbs in there for breakfast.

I'd like to see your pictures. I do judge a book by its cover when it comes to working out.
 
Thanks man awesome reply the diet is boring bro i just dnt know what else to eat :/ im just abit stuck as to how i would eat chicken and sweet potatoes i mean can i cook night before and eat it first thing in the morning? same with steak can steak be cooked and eaten cold sorry if i sound like a retard my cooking knowledge and ability is poor. As i stated i work on a motorway theres no facilities just a transit van and a portaloo toilet haha so i need something i can eat cold i was thinkin along the lines of pasta tuna maybe? I know its still tuna bit could i have a shit load of pasta though to get calories and like the other guy said add a few spoons of peanut butter or maybe brown rice chicken breast? Brown rice and chick breast doesnt apeal to me much tho tbh sounds dry as hell :/ i will deffo get pics up asoon as ive got 25 posts because at the moment when folk will be looking at my diet and weight they will assume im absolutely tiny but im not big obviously or i wouldnt be here for advice but my weight does me no justice haha :) the pics arnt best of quality either bt all iv gt dnt hav a self timer and feel gay asking pple to take pics, also cropped my head out so they may look small aswell bt u guys can judge them im all up for critisism will all benifit me in the long run.

Hey buddy, well i get a few eggs in on a weekend have scrambled egg and toast 6 eggs 4 toast for breakfast both days asoon as i wake up and jacket pototao tuna and 3 boiled eggs (only eat white though im a girl and dont like solid yoke :D) for dinner but with me been at work i struggle what you said is the absolute truth i cant think outaide the box lol! All effort i put into researching ph/aas im gonna do plenty on diet now too i thought my diet was ok like i said thanks for pointing out what im missing i appreciate it but i mean you guys must work how do you go about meals? Cook in the morning and take it to work or what lol? Also is there anyway to get pics up without 25 posts :/? Be next week at this rate before i get any up lol!
 
Steak cold is still lovely, esp if its a good cut that's tender.. organic oatcakes is a good choice of good carbs.. 6 small cakes has around 300calories. They can be really dry so I put peanut butter on them and wash them down with loads of water.. but some have loads of salt so read the package carefully..just a few small thing that will hopefully keep you going

Can those oat cakes be bought at any super market? Im going to look into a diet that i can stick with tonight after im done training and try get everything together best i can and post up what i come up with if its correct i can buy it tommorow and start sunday i just dont want to go from one extreme to another rather than it been a diet i want it to be something i can eat all year round and not hate my life from eating shitty tasting food haha part of the package to put weight i suppose but what i come up with will be put into action immediatly just a question though can i still take the hyper gain in the morning and at night before bed? Theres also 25g of protein per 2 scoops in the 600cals, the serving size is actually 4 scoops 1200 cals 50g protein but i couldnt handle 2 of them a day thanks for the input guys seriously appreciate the help.

Cali im already eating cashew nuts bro i just need to get better carbs in and different meats by what dylan explained ive just been gettin most cals from bread and tuna take 12 slices of bread and 3 tins of tuna in them but its not the way forward so im gonna do some research tonight after training as to how much carbs/protein/fat i should be eating at my weight to gain i thought i was eating enough my cals added up to a decent amount but they werent the right carbs/protein/fat maybe :s like i say im gonna look tonight and sort it out then i can buy everything i need saturday. Raw almonds in tesco too? Sorry if im asking retarded questions iv never done food shopping in my life just tell my mum wt i want n shed get it haha still at home :D
 
I realized earlier I said 1g fat was 4 cals and 1g of carbs is 9 cals. I have had that backwards for a year now, and I know I read it the way I have thought. I apologize for the misinformation. 9 cals in 1g of fat. 4 cals in 1g of carbs or 1g of protein. Again, I am sorry. I understand the chicken and rice being dry, but put your chicken breasts in the oven at a lower temperature, try 325F for around an hour, to no more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. This varies SO MUCH on different ovens, so it's hard to give a perfect way. If you like Texas Pete or anything, you can put that in your plate/bowl of chicken and rice, and it kind of adds a moisture, plus I love the taste. Peanut butter is a godsend to help get extra calories, plus you are getting healthy fats which are great for your hormones.
