which ph would you run?

Hey buddy, well i get a few eggs in on a weekend have scrambled egg and toast 6 eggs 4 toast for breakfast both days asoon as i wake up and jacket pototao tuna and 3 boiled eggs (only eat white though im a girl and dont like solid yoke :D) for dinner but with me been at work i struggle what you said is the absolute truth i cant think outaide the box lol! All effort i put into researching ph/aas im gonna do plenty on diet now too i thought my diet was ok like i said thanks for pointing out what im missing i appreciate it but i mean you guys must work how do you go about meals? Cook in the morning and take it to work or what lol? Also is there anyway to get pics up without 25 posts :/? Be next week at this rate before i get any up lol!
 
Steak cold is still lovely, esp if its a good cut that's tender.. organic oatcakes is a good choice of good carbs.. 6 small cakes has around 300calories. They can be really dry so I put peanut butter on them and wash them down with loads of water.. but some have loads of salt so read the package carefully..just a few small thing that will hopefully keep you going

Can those oat cakes be bought at any super market? Im going to look into a diet that i can stick with tonight after im done training and try get everything together best i can and post up what i come up with if its correct i can buy it tommorow and start sunday i just dont want to go from one extreme to another rather than it been a diet i want it to be something i can eat all year round and not hate my life from eating shitty tasting food haha part of the package to put weight i suppose but what i come up with will be put into action immediatly just a question though can i still take the hyper gain in the morning and at night before bed? Theres also 25g of protein per 2 scoops in the 600cals, the serving size is actually 4 scoops 1200 cals 50g protein but i couldnt handle 2 of them a day thanks for the input guys seriously appreciate the help.
 
Bro if you have trouble meeting your desired amount of calories add good fats in.
All natty peanut butter
Raw almonds, cashews
Whole omega 3 eggs
1g fat =9 calories

Yeah man il deffo be getting some oat cakes they sound good probs wont taste too bad with peanut butter on like you said. Cali im already eating cashew nuts bro i just need to get better carbs in and different meats by what dylan explained ive just been gettin most cals from bread and tuna take 12 slices of bread and 3 tins of tuna in them but its not the way forward so im gonna do some research tonight after training as to how much carbs/protein/fat i should be eating at my weight to gain i thought i was eating enough my cals added up to a decent amount but they werent the right carbs/protein/fat maybe :s like i say im gonna look tonight and sort it out then i can buy everything i need saturday. Raw almonds in tesco too? Sorry if im asking retarded questions iv never done food shopping in my life just tell my mum wt i want n shed get it haha still at home :D
 
I realized earlier I said 1g fat was 4 cals and 1g of carbs is 9 cals. I have had that backwards for a year now, and I know I read it the way I have thought. I apologize for the misinformation. 9 cals in 1g of fat. 4 cals in 1g of carbs or 1g of protein. Again, I am sorry. I understand the chicken and rice being dry, but put your chicken breasts in the oven at a lower temperature, try 325F for around an hour, to no more than 1 hour and 10 minutes. This varies SO MUCH on different ovens, so it's hard to give a perfect way. If you like Texas Pete or anything, you can put that in your plate/bowl of chicken and rice, and it kind of adds a moisture, plus I love the taste. Peanut butter is a godsend to help get extra calories, plus you are getting healthy fats which are great for your hormones.
 
where's the eggs bro? why cant you take things like greek yogurt with you? your just not thinking outside the box and as far as the cooking goes... thats on you man!

Yup...yup! Eggs, Greek Yogurt, all kinds of creative meals that are healthy you can create...have to get creative bro!!!
 
I'm hearing alot about Super DMZ,,,anyone used that yet?
Its more of a designer oral AAS than PH.
