Grows fastest I would say legs. Next to that everything else. Slowest are biceps and forearms but everthing is still pretty much in proportion on my physique. Im pretty balanced. Especially when im really lean. :D
 
Triceps... ;) but the little fuckers are attached so high up on my arm they look like their apart of my rear-delts so no one notices them!

My legs definitely. They shrink the fastest too. If I miss a squat workout I lose weight. When I am hitting the squats hard I gain weight.

Slowest is biceps. Fuckin' losers.

Fastest-by far chest, back would be second.

Slowest-F'n biceps!! Doesn't seem like I can ever get them to grow in proportion to everything else on cycle or off.
 
Everything grows fast but chest, back, tri s, traps, forearms are best. Legs grow great to but i'm like the bro in a earlier post if i miss a leg work out they will lose quickly .

Arms grow the fastest.. I can't work them more than once a week or I'll lose proportion.

Chest and calves the slowest. My getaway stix are pretty scrawny.. workin on it hard though. Chest is slowwwwly growing.
 
I dont have any slow growing bodyparts

However, that also includes the stomach if I've been overeating.

Slow metabolism has its pros (the former) & cons (the latter).
 
definitly my legs. i only work them out every other week to keep them in proportion. i had to stop training calves. hehe. And in the words of that one hippie chick , "your so vain"

Wow I didn't even see this up until now.

Leg workout varies.

I usually train them once a week but sometimes miss a leg workout.

I usually do free weight squats, leg presses, and lunges. Haven't done leg curls or extensions or other isolation exericiese in a while. Hams get alot of work done when I deadlift. Not many total sets either. Less than 10 overall sets usually.

Legs are 29 inches.
 
My biceps go to fast compared to the rest of my upper body. Not complaining just saying...that's all... :D
 
For me it's my shoulders then my back. I just work out my shoulders once a week and they really grow wither I'm off or on a cycle. And I always get alot of complements or people asking me what me shoulder workout is..It's just my gift body part. Now chest on the other hand loves to lag behind!

My legs and gluteus grow very big. My delts also grow fast. The body parts I am less satisfied with are the triceps which are very defined but not big and especially the forearms. I had problems with the upper chest but finally it seems it has decided to grow.
 
Most people are either a Torso or Limb person.

The Torso's physique has a thick body huge chest and back. There arms are as a rule smaller in comparison .

The limb person usually has great arms but is not near as thick through the upper body.

I'am a torso person where my arms have yet to catch up to the rest of the upper body.
 
My upper arms and my thighs grow like weeds, as evident by the many stretch marks. They just got enormous incredibly quick, while my forearms and calves still grew, they are dwarved by their counterparts. People always tell me they wish they had my arm genetics, but big arms just make my pussy chest look even worse. Nothing makes an otherwise impressive upper body look worse than a weak chest.
 
My arms have always had a genetic pre-disposition for size. I wasn't a monster before I started lifting (I'm still not), but when I did my arms responded well. I am 6'2 and weigh about 207 and have 17" arms (natural, but won't be for long).
 
Legs mos def my thighs and calves. Thighs were 27 inches at age 14 my father is very short and stocky so i got his wheels but with my moms height shes 5'11" hes 5'5" but has 20 inch calves. So i got the best of both worlds im 6'3" with 28 inch thighs and cut 19 inch calves and i only train them every other week. My Bis and forearms grow very very slow though.
 
upper arms,traps/shoulders grow insanely fast. my legs very slow, but mostly due to multiple injuries from motorcycle racing my legs have taken a beating over the year and many surgeries. next would be my back.
slowest is my chest, i hate it, cause when i do arms and shoulders i look wide as a fucking trailer and i'm a very little guy, but when i turn sideways i almost disappear cause my chest is sssssooooooooooo hard to build, i would rather walk in a room backward cause my back is awesome. fuck..

My little man down there----Short and limp to long and hard in a few seconds!!! Its like magic-- And 1000mg of test seems to help it grow faster and harder!!!
 
My legs grow the fastest. I am about to start a cycle and I dont plan on dong much with legs. I will use cardio and some light leg work just to tone them. I need to bring the rest of my body in proportion with them damn tree trunks of mine.
 
i dont have HUGE calves, but i could if i wanted to, they always stay the same size as my arms, even tho i hadnt worked them in 2 years. started working them 5 weeks ago, and i got another inch on them. so calves.... and traps

and I really dont have to do much to get it to grow too

people even call me "the chest" at my gym.
 
at 5'6" and 170#'s I have big arms (17"'s cold) but they are almost all tri's.....i only work them once every 2 weeks so my bi's will maybe catch up.....wish all other muscles were like that.
 
Upper arms, Stopped training them consistently due to proportions and those god-damn stretch marks.

and yes, tremendous penis growth when taking 5000mg of arginine a day with trib.
 
Definitely my quads and hams. My upper body lags so far behind them its horrid.
 
back and then shoulders. It doesn't take much for me

For me it would have to be chest and back and bies beening the slowest why is that with most people i know its there bies that lag behind.
