personally I have never been this big or strong before. 5'10 210-15 but carrying a little more bf then normal...probley at 9 percent. My shoulder is the only thing holding me back right now.

6'2" 305 not lean but also don't care about my bf as I am a powerlifter and strongman so the extra weight helps me out a bit. Eventual goal is to get to 315-320, lean up just a bit and be as strong as I can be.

Cheers,
Scotsman

I am in fucking limbo. Getting better, but nowhere near where I want to be. An injury has killed me, but that is no excuse. I have been using work as an excuse - telling myself that all the travel and weird hours are what's hurting me, but that shit ain't gonna go away. I have to learn to work with it. I just started hitting some decent numbers again, so I am happy about that, but my body sucks ass.

Definitely not where I want to be or have been before. My life has been to hectic and busy latley to be as devoted as I would like to to my physique.

Not sure what my bodyfat is, but I have visable, although not deep, abs. 5'9" 238. Working on leaning out slowly, but trying to rebuild my injuried bicep now and can't diet down too hard.

6'3, 205 at 10% right now. Gains are coming, but they're definitely slow. I'd like to be around 240 at the same bf in 2-3 years.

Good goal. Very doable, if you stay consitent and work for it.

With winter almost here, I am on the rise (lbs. anyway) but my bodyfat won't get too much above the 11-12% mark, I won't let it. It's getting harder and harder each year, and now without the assistance of AAS, harder still. But with my maintenance dose of test, and my new kick ass training partner, I'll be alright. One motivating factor is a new home in South Florida, that we will be spending much time at over the winter months. :)

Gained 65 lbs in my first 3 years....but most of that was in the first 2. I'm still very dedicated, but gains have slowed down a LOT.

I'm softer than usual but I'm working on that. Once I bought my wedding dress I couldn't really gain/lose for a long while so that threw me off. I'm getting back into my routines again in general and that feels good.

Gain about 75 more lbs and Hammy might be attracted to you.

Of course they will slow down. That is the reality of bodybuilding. Don't let that discourage you, just stay after it, and they will continue to come.

Yep. I'm never discouraged, in fact I think I get more obsessed each year. I have a bad case of muscle dysmorphia.

My body looks decent, just not where I want to be right now, but I'm working on it. I need to drop alittle bodyfat and gain a few pounds of muscle.

Gaining really well right now......diet is falling in line.....

220

28 inch quads
18.5 arms
48 chest

waist 34.5

Looking the best i've ever looked, but could always have more muscle. My metabolism keeps me lean all the time, but it means i have to struggle for muscle. I'm small compared to most here.

Stringbean would hit it.

So would I... BBF has a reputation for being picking about what he sticks his man meat in.

6' 240 BF ~15% but I can still see top abs. I don't really care much tho I'm not a bodybuilder. I've been concentrating on strongman and will continue to do so. I wouldn't mind putting on another 15-20 pounds of LBM over the next year.

Last June I had 8%bf, ran everyday, and was in the best physical shape of my life. Now I weigh 10lbs less, with about 14%bf. Havn't eaten anything healthy or been to the gym in maybe 5 months. I don't even look like I used to work out. lol

Personally, I find being a bit of a slob is much more enjoyable and healthy (mentally)than constantly obsessing about my diet and workout plan. Eventually, I'll get back into lifting again, but it will be on a much more casual/low-intensity basis then before.

Me? I'm a getting to be a fat pig. I was 192 and had to drop down fast for health reasons. I just didn't stop and got down to 167. I looked like Christian Bale in the Machinist.

Once seeing this, I decided that this wasn't for me and now back up with 195. The only problem is that I've eating more doughnuts then expected as I'm now a little more then 16%.

However, you can still see my abs. Or, more correctly, ab. :D

5'10", 235 pounds, somewhere around 25% BF. I can't seem to muster up the discipline to lose the lard, every time I try to "cut" I panic as soon as my lifts start dropping, and drown my sorrows in pizza.

You're cutting calories and cleaning up your diet too fast. Start first by changing what you eat. Remove all the processed and refined foods, increase your intake of n-3 fats and raw greens, but keep your caloric intake as high as it presently is, and you will trim down a bit without losing strength or having to eat less food. Once you plateu on this, then start gradually reducing calories.

I'm 5'6, 135lbs i think now.. i have gained a bit of weight since i started working out.. but my cloths fit better.. so i don't care.. body fat.. well i think i got some cushion on my ass and some on the huffs of my feet
