so what happens if you use it for a year or so, then stop? all those benefits you described revert? sounds like a rich man's drug. why don't we hear more about the benefits of HGH in the mainstream if it truly does all these things? it is not illegal. you would think every man on earht would be clamoring for it.
Not necessarily, as mentioned later in this thread over time you will see reduction of fat disposing, however, the main reason GHG is so great is becuase of 2 things. Hypertrophy which is the growth of muscle cells and hyperplasia, the division and thus multiplication of cells.
These in conjuction, over time, provide the muscle mass. Generation of new cells is a lot more effective when looking for permanent gains.
As far as fat loss, I recommend 4-6iu over a period of time depending on your body fat% say 6 mos. Get down to the size you are looking for and drop back to a maintenance dose of GH, say 2-3iu's a day. I ran 5 iu's for a year, got absolutely amazing results. A new damn body pretty much. Once I got the size, leanness and look I was trying to obtain I went back down to 2iu's a day 5 on 2 off and held that leanness. And I can tell you I still drank beer, was not remotely consistent with my diet and I remained at that level of LBM. So worth it, especially if you have trouble with dieting.
On another note, If you can afford it why come off? At 2 iu's a day you'll probably never see the bone growth as Radar indicated. Now taking the 10iu's 3x a week IM, not too sure about that as I've never administered that way before. Sounds like an overload to me. But to each his own.
If youre 35 plus, get the damn GH, you won't regret it. You can get bluetops for almost nothing nowadays from reputable UGL's. And really all you have to do is go to an anti-aging doctor and tell them you have an hormone deficiency, they can prescribe you GH after testing because in all honesty, no one has ever dictated to any Medical Doctor what a hormone deficiency is or the level so they pretty much interpret it for you. It's not really that difficult and in low doses not going to turn you into Ronnie Coleman or his bloated gut. BUT, you will see a new you within a year that you'll love.
Damn, that was long.
