I use hocks.com. They are cheap and super fast delivery. I bought 100 insulin and 100 3ml 23 guage, and a box of alcohol swabs for $42 and that included express shipping of about $6.69.

That will last 2 years if not more.

I am pretty sure unless you have a script, you cannot just show up in a pharmacy (in most parts of U.S.) and request syringes and pins.....How do you guys get them from the pharmacies without paperwork?

I use ryvmed.com but i live in a state where you don't need a script so i can have them deliverd straight from the medical supply company. Those that have to use places like gepinz are able to get them cause getpinz and similar sites are not legit medical suppliers so they don't care if you have a script or not.

Ca they wont let you buy them OTC

AZ I have asked and they wouldnt sell them to me.

I bought them OTC in L.A. no questions asked, when i was in phoenix.... no way.
