Prop is painfull. Dilute w 1ml of sterile GS oil.

When I pinned my shoulder it's deadly still just as painful as 2 days ago can't even sleep on it, ok thanks for the tip glutes and quads it is

Prop and tren can both hurt so I would dilute it with some extra sterile oil

Yeah from what it sounds like its going to be glutes or quad , shoulders are painful

Try and inject the oil slowly too. That will help reduce pain as well

Last cycle I was doing sus an it didn't even bother me now when I pin my tren prop mix it hurts way more! I also did it in my shoulders but where do you guys pin an anything I can do to reduce the pain

Quads. Even though it hurts I feel like its easier to push through with quads than any other muscle. But then again, I like quads so much I haven't tried much else.

I use a 25g, 1 inch for over 1ml. For site injects I use a 29g, 1/2in pin. This works for 1ml in the pecs and tris. I've even done calves and bi's back in the day but those are more advanced and risky areas. For larger injects I use the glutes and quads, and I warm the oil up a bit. Using a 25g forces me to inject more slowly which also eases the pressure/pain. Also I like to inject before I exercise that bodypart so the oil gets dispersed better by working the muscle. Lastly... short esters usually hurt to some degree, it's just part of the price we pay
