I am using 23 gauge needle 1 inch an yes I already drew I out with a needle an swapped for a new one
2ml isn't too much IMO for your quads. Halfway up from the knee. I prefer a shorter 3/4 inch needles personally. I'm always afraid it will hit bone lol
Well like I said when I did it in my quad it hurt like hell, but today its not bad still sore if I hit that area with anything.

I use a 25g, 1 inch for over 1ml. For site injects I use a 29g, 1/2in pin. This works for 1ml in the pecs and tris. I've even done calves and bi's back in the day but those are more advanced and risky areas. For larger injects I use the glutes and quads, and I warm the oil up a bit. Using a 25g forces me to inject more slowly which also eases the pressure/pain. Also I like to inject before I exercise that bodypart so the oil gets dispersed better by working the muscle. Lastly... short esters usually hurt to some degree, it's just part of the price we pay![]()
Yea I pin again in the morning before I lift I'm gonna try in my glute

Not the prop I make myself! I think alot of UG's just put too much BA in their prop to keep it from crashing. I've made prop at 100mg/ml and that's never painful. Only when I get to 150mg/ml or more of short esters does it start to hurt, and then I can mix in a little EO to allow for less BA. Find a good brand and even prop shouldn't really hurt!
Perhaps not for you, but whenever I added too much BA in my early days, it always caused more pain. Regardless of the concentration of the hormone. Injecting alcohol into the muscles WILL cause pain. The MAIN reason BA is used in injectables is b/c it's such a good solvent. It's much more powerful as a solvent than BB. The main reasons BB is used is to provide a secondary oil-based solvent to try and prevent the hormone from crashing once the water-soluble BA is absorbed by the tissues, and b/c BB also helps to decrease viscosity of the preparation. Why do you think human-grade gear uses ONLY BA and oil? B/c it's both the main solvent and a sterility agent. Sorry bro but BA is most likely the main cause of the pain... then the ester crashing out of solution hurts on top of that.
I've been working with human-grade gear for over a decade, both US and overseas brands, and I've been doing conversions for over a decade as well. Trust me, BA is the main solvent as well as the sterilizing agent, and BB is not used by most HG gear. Trust me, I've seen the formulas we use in compounding pharmacies to MAKE HG gear. But believe whatever you want, I'll just keep using my "old-school" incorrect and painless gear. You can have painful prop and blame it on the "ester"![]()
I love that quote.Lastly... short esters usually hurt to some degree, it's just part of the price we pay![]()
