Well, my diet could be better, my training is kick ass as usual. Been lifting for 8yrs, cycling for 3, and had much better results with Ttokkyo Eq, but hopefully the QV Eq will kick in soon, really starting to piss me off. And yes, it's legit. So, I'm thinking my diet has to be the problem, all though it's been a long time since my diet has been perfect and I still always had alot better results with Ttokkyo and Euro gear.
