Amino Acids, like Glutimine, Argamine andBCAA's are easily destroyed by other foods. but there most needed when other foods are need (postworkout, before bed, in the morning). When is the best time to have these? a few minutes before or after each meal?

what ??? destroyed

I have found that combining BCAAs and Glutamine preworkout on an empty stomach to be the most helpful when I am cutting and calories are below maintenance. I use 5-10 grams glutamine and 10-20 grams BCAAs mixed only in water. Gives an incredible pump and helps to prevent catabolism especially on a low carb diet. These aminos do best on an empty stomach-you can take them 20-30 min. before meals. If you are bulking this may not be neccessary as they are spendy and you should be getting enough aminos through your diet.
