When doing cardio, does anyone notice diff amounts of sweatiness?

Im cutting now and doing around 45 mins of cardio a day all around the same time, in the late afternoon or early evening (3-6pm depending on when i get shit done).

Sometimes ill be seweating bullets and my whole shirt would eb drenched and some days ill sweat very little. According to my heart rate monitor the heart rate is the same and the amoutn of cardio time is the same. Why is this? My water intake perhaps? Also, does the amoutn of sweat corralate at all to the amoutn of calories burned? Thanks guys.
 
I am just throwing this out there, but are you eating the same meal before cardio each day? Perhaps if you are not eating enough carbs pre-cardio it is possible that your are expierncing hyppglyecima. The only reason I think that maybe that could be the case is cus I am a type-1 diabetic and I notice when I am working out and happen to get a low-blood sugar(hypoglycemia) one of the signs I notice is increased persperation.
 
I noticed that is depends what I am wearing when doing the cardio. Heavy clothes = more sweat and so on... and the temp in the room.
 
I always wear the same thing......underarmour. Just feels so good when u get sweaty. Im sure that the cause has to be what i take in. I eitehr eat tuna and some rice or chicken and some spaghetti or some other carb (not too much though, just a servering if that) before i workout. Maybe its my sodium intake.....i do drink a lot of diet sodas during the day.....need some way of getting caffeine in me.
