Those women are just on a different path than what the majority of us think women should follow.....let em do what they want. I have to deal with shit about my size all the time from my family.....my dad thinks anyone over 180 is obese....no seriously, if you're 6ft tall.....he thinks 180 is "excessive". I'm at the point where I calmly say "shut the fuck up" and I walk out of the room.......so I empathize with bodybuilding women who just want to do their thing and have everyone leave them the fuck alone.....my .02

the manly facial features come from changing bodyfat redistribution away from the cheeks(they get the chizzled jaw of clint eastwood as someone already mentioned) and increased sebaceous gland development and sometimes increased skin pigmentation which happens alongside sebaceous gland development. in the early stages of masculinization it can be reversable, but with the high doses that women take and for extended periods they risk permanent virilization,,regardless of what type of AAS they use
