It is not just a certain date it the way sun moon and stars line up on those specific dates. I am not saying it is all 100% correct most of the stuff we read is mass marketed to be broad and very general. If you go to an astrologist they can get very specific. We are going to generalize people by personality anyways so I don't think it is to far of to do it by the day time they were born.
