What's Up With These 135 Pound Dudes?

TxLonghorn said:
I have got to agree with Hello Kitty on this one. Just think about what you said. You graduated high school weighing 175. I was athletic in high school, and ate everything in sight. I remember my parents complaining about how much I ate. Do you want to guess what I weighed when I graduated? About a buck o' five. Now I did not take any gear immediately after high school, but if I knew then what I now know, I sure as hell would have.

Do you guys really think you are fooling anybody? Recommending to get 30 pounds over what this guy probably EVER wants to weigh before he touches the gear? Get real. Not everybody wants to be Mr. O and not everybody has the genetics to be Mr. O. ..... Yes, I gained a hell of a lot of weight natural compared to where I started, but I honestly believe that was wasted time. I am talking years here. Years of minimal, if not zero gains. I can now beat that by week 3 of a cycle. And if you are going to juice, what does having a base have to do with anything? What about these guys gaining 40 pounds on their first cycle? I would call that a base. And they shaved 4 years off of what they were going to do naturally.

I could go on and on about this (lol, I already have), but if the gear is there, why not use it? The way I look at it, if you are 5'11" 200 pounds and 7% bodyfat, then you really don't need a.s at all. The 135 pounders are the ones who really need it.

my thoughts exactly. I've been lifting for 5 years, eating everything right got to 165lbs at round 7-8%bf at 5'9. My friend who was always smaller and weaker then me, lifted with me here and there, nothing serious. Started a deca only cycle and lifting serious and in 3 weeks PISSED on what i did in 5 lifting naturally. That was a blow to my ego. So I agree with TxLonghorn, if you have the lifting down, diet, sleep, and all the other stuff down and you've done your research and weighed out the pros and cons, and you still believe it's for you, then WHY not?

hey, i am 135 pounds of pure muscle no doubt. i'm not forsure on the bf though. i just can't get over 135 for nothing. i try harder than probably most of all but it just doesn't come. i lift weights everyday of the week. i do legs one day then arms the next.

You are over training. If you don't leave time for recovery you will not only hurt yourself, but you will also make little or no gains. Still no diet description. What are you eating? How much and how often? Steroids will break the plateau, but only if you eat correctly will you see the best results.

Nothing worse than a skinny bitch who hasn't put in the "blood & guts" and wants to juice at 135lb. I worked my ass off for 4 years before I touched the gear. I was benching 350lb. all natural before touching the sauce. It's bullshit to see people that are small all of the sudden blow up.

yo man child. why did you use steriods. to blow up and get strong right. it doesn't matter when you do it as long as you know what you are doing. i bet you didn't work your ass off. you probably just lifted everynow and then.

most of yall are saying that you are 200 pounds or + benching 300. if so then why in the hell do u need steriods for. that is just bullshit. the people that are weak and small are the ones that need them to help try to keep up with yall that have all of the genetics.

138 when I graduated

I was 138 at 5'10" when I graduated. Although I worked out and was involved in sports I never gained wait, just shredded bone with a little muscle. I never slept or ate enough in HS, always on the move, never wanting to miss anything.
Hell when I was 22 I moved to Austin and started training-I bulked up to 218 NATURALLY in 9 months (I'll get some of those before and afters scanned when I dig them up). It was amazing, I went from 155 at 6% to 218 at 10% in 9 months, so it's possible for someone to gain a large amount in a short time. I was fanatical about it, took my igloo full everywhere, you could set a watch to my every 2 hour eating schedule, I slept 10 hours a night and trained 5 on 2 off 1 body part a week, 1 hour per session. I stagnated for several months, so I juiced up to 248 on a very small amount of ref and tornel t200. Fell off the wagon within a year due to a 6 year relationship end-I was down to 180 in WEEKS. Partying, no sleep, no food.

OK, that was rugger's story...point is...YOU CAN GAIN WEIGHT NATURALLY, just fucking eat and sleep, get that down, then get training sorted out-training is ZERO without the other 2.

To build a house you have to have a solid foundation first.

Good Luck to ALL

Unless the person is under 18 I see no reason to wait. I think you are wrong. I feel lifting natural is a waste and most are just wasting time in the gym when they are natural. I have never seen a natural guy, a real natural guy not these team universe liars, that impresses me at all. They all look like skinny swimmers. I would have to guess that Flex Wheeler was probably one of these so called 135 pounders who are full of shit. He probably still would be if he didn't get on the shit. So all you 135 pound guys go for it. Everyone has to start somewhere.
