What's Up With These 135 Pound Dudes?

well if they are 20 years old and up, and weigh 135, and have been training, and have bad genetics, sure I think they should juice, they are depressed I'm sure. I was depressed when I weighed 160, I could imagine 135. I won't be happy until I hit 225, I think.

HOLY SHIT!!! 135 out of high school. I was like 205 @ 6' and with my frame, I still looked malnourished. My 10 year old son just busted 100 solid as a rock. He's gonna be bigger than me by the time he's 18 if I don't juice. Damn! A buck 35. Being a white guy going through the Baltimore city schools in the 70s, I would have been killed if I were that small. You must of been brought up in the burbs or box like Roy Jones Jr or both. Fuck waiting. Don't pass go, proceed directly to your neighborhood gas station and buy some gear today!

SO WHAT HE WEIGHTS 135 POUNDS. DON'T YOU THINK HE IS ALREADY DEPRESSED ABOUT IT? I WEIGHED 135 POUNDS WHEN I WAS 11 YEARS OLD BUT I DON'T THINK I AM BETTER THAN ANYBODY. MODESTY IS A VIRTUE. LEAVE THE KID ALONE.:D

You guys are full of shit. You think cuz you are 200+ that no one else can be skinny? It should be opposite, you guys who are 210+ SHOUL NOT be on teh juice, you are big enough. Me, Im 4'10, 31 years old and 3 weeks ago my max weight was 150. This was after a year of training and eating big with 250 grams of protien a day. I went from 143 to 150 in a year. You say I shouldnt Juice? Hell, Im on my 1st cycle of dbol/sus250 and into week 3. Training HARD, eating BIG, and my protien intake is more than enough. For us hard gainers it is not as easy as drinking milk and eating peanut butter. It does not work like that. I think if someone is 135lb at 5'10 and over 21 they should juice if they want to, not be deterred by a 210lb guy with good genetics. No the juice is not a miracle pill, but if it helps me pack on 10-15lbs of permanant muscle Ill be happy. My goal is 175-180, Im now at 164. In High School I was 5'10 118lbs. This was at my graduation. I got to 130 when I was 26, and 140 when I was 29 (fat gut) didnt hit the 150 till I trained for a year. SO to all of you who think small frame guys shouldnt juice, who do you think it benefits more? A skinny guy that can go from 130-175 or a genetic freak who is already big just to look bigger?

I don't think weight is so much the issue. I weighed 155Lbs comming out of HS. I started training when I was 17 years old ( now 25) I don't think I learned to train correclty until I was 22. This might have been a slow example but I don't think steroids should come in until you know how to train correctly and have some generall idea on how to eat. If I used gear back when I was 20 I would have wasted the cycle do to poor diet and bad training( which at the time I thought was good) I by no means a pro I have only done two cycles and am no where near where I want to be ( 5'8 190 around 12%) I was sticking at 170 for years so I tuned to gear

I think once you hit a sticking point and have training and eating in perspective then juice is an option. I hate when people say you should not start until you are 200LBS because there is no way in HELL icould reach that naturally. I have not cycled in over a year and am having a tough time holding the 190.

I also think you have to be dedicated when you take gear. training is # 1 priority. At 20 yrs old this would not have been viable for me do to going out and partying. when I do a cycle I refrain from all that garbage and believe me it is not easy. I think being 20 is to young just in that aspect but agin this is opinion

Are you 135 pounds of pure muscle (5% bf) or are you 135 pounds of pure lard?
How do you train? What exercises, how many reps, how much weight do you use?
What and how often do you eat? Give an honest description of what you consume regularly in a day?
Have you experimented with "natural" supplements?
Ex: Pure whey, creatine, etc.
Steroids should be an option for you only after you have exhausted your natural ability to make gains.
Look at it as sort of a rite of passage.
Conside this example: You copy the first cycle you see on the board. You get some "stuff" from the guy at the gym whose selling it out of his trunk. After buying it for an extremely over-inflated price and suggesting that the stuff in the bottles is actually what it says on the label you proceed to take the deepest plunge you will ever make in your life next to getting married.
Now what exactly did you get? Some fina and liquidex?
Some eq and dbol? Now say you have some serious test running through you body and you feel like a mad man at the gym, you are going to workout while taking mass quantities of steroids right? But heres the kicker, you've never really trained very hard, you have shit for form and you don't know how to manipulate your body. Ah, now you can eat crispy cream donuts, double fudge chocolate chip icecream and french fries and get that six pack and 200 pounds of lean body weight in just under 8 weeks. Bodybuilding is a way of life. It takes "EXTREME" dedication. You have to change the way you live. Diet is as important to making solid gains as steroids are. Training, as well as diet, are the foundation "base" for deciding if steroids will be helpful for you. Make what god gave you a machine of perfection and then ask for help from the anabolic gods.

I'm 24 , 146 pds, 16% bf, 5'7" tall and female.
I started my first cycle 8 1/2 wks ago. Anavar, T3, Clenbuterol. I'm a personal trainer. I've trained for and played almost every sport imaginable. Cheerleading being my favorite. I've gained probably 15 pounds of lean body mass and gained 9 pds all together. Not exactly what I dreamed about, but everything just moved to the right places. I'm in better shape than I have ever been. These fitness models, though some are my age, many of them are around 30. I think for men as well as women it takes years of hard work to see real results and to reach a certain level of fitness. I mean at my gym some of the most solid guys are 28, 30 40!!!! Crash diets, tried them, extreme workouts, over training. I took these drugs because I was positive that I would follow a clean diet and a serious fitness routine. I made these gains through hard work as have most of the people on this board. Steroids are a waste of money and a real pain in the ass if you don't know what you are doing and why you are doing it.
