ok how bout a decent prized creatine that will work good?
TRAC by MHP combines Creatine, L-Arginine, Nitric Oxide (NO) and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NADH)
Other than that, a combination of Glutamine, Branch Chained Amino Acids (BCAA's) and Protein would be best.
The goal is to manipulate the body's metabolic processes to maximize nitrogen retention, increase strength through ATP synthesis, reduce catabolic hormones such as cortisol and free radicals, control insulin secretion and to supply the necessary nutrients for hypertrophy.
Creatine - Creatine phospate (CP) + ADP (Adenosine Triphospate) = ATP (Energy) The increase in Creatine stores allow for for increased ATP synthesis which provides energy for short term, high intensity exercise.
L-Arginine - A non essential amino acid which acts as an insulin and nitric oxide mediator. "L" is the preferred form as it the most similar form to the amino acid in the body.
Nitric Oxide - Stimulates insulin output and sensitivity without the addition of carbohydrates. Also, it increases the absorption of amino acids and other nutrients through increased blood flow and oxygen delivery.
NADH - A coenzyme of Niacin. It is a powerful Anit Oxidant that is also responisble for assisting in the production of ATP, cell regulation and DNA repair, the stimulation of dopamine, adrenaline, and norephinephrine production.
Glutamine & BCAA's - Both are considered to be anti catabolic, boost the immune system and increase protien synthesis. Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in the body, has cell volumization and hydration properties and BCAA's (Leucine, Isolucine and Valine) decrease delayed onset muscle sorness from exercise induced protein damage. These are all factors which leads to faster recovery.
Protein - A blend of proteins for sustained nutrient delivery would be best suited for an MRP whereas Whey (highest concentration of Leucine) would be best suited during post workout.
The addition of 1000 mgs of Vitamin C might not be a bad idea in the morning due to it's ability to lower cortisol levels amongst other benefits.
