Whats the strongest supplement an 18 year old can use?

Iv'e noticed that I look like I am on deca when I just use creatine, glutamine and whey protein, one I stop though, it is hard to keep all of my gains.

The best thing you can do is work with a nutritionist who specializes in working with BB's. Then find a trainer who has a background in BB'ing. Those two will be the best things you ever do for yourself!

i agree with just about everyone here. protien, creatine will give you some nice gains. im sure you have been told to eat a ton! most of my bud's started with gear at 18. everyone of them regrets it now. im sure half the shit they got was fake, but some were definatly real. anadrol was real big around here with them. no0ne of them had a clue to what they were doing! one of them now has some major gyno, another was bald by 27 and got stretch marks all over his body. i waited till i was 32 and i think it was the best choice i could have made. i grew up till around 21-22.
if you you were determand to use gear at your age i would use anavar with creatine. anavar wont stop your liniar growth, you might not gain 20 lbs like i did from it (as my first cycle) i was lucky and took to it real well. it also shouldnt mess with your test levles all that badly either. it don't convert to estrogyn so you wont have a problem with gyno, not dht so your hair shouldnt thin before it supposed to, if mpb runs in the fam.
good luck and try and stay natural as long as you could.

Iv'e tried that TRAC cereatine and it was the best I have ever tried! I had so much energy, vascular as hell, made me big and stronger than I would imagined. I would compare it to like eq or something. It worked amazing for me!

I think it all depends on the person and their situation. I've been training since I was 10 years old, when my dad finally let me try out some weights. I haven't gone a week without training since. I'm 18 now, and am heading to a very competitive situation in a D-1A school for football. No reason not to juice if you're smart enough not to get caught, and have vast experience. NOT EVERYONE STARTED LIFTING @ AGE 18!

thank you! everyone on here that is like 25yrs or older thinks that an 18 year old is new to the game just because he's 18. But i started a cycle when i was 185lbs at about 6% bf and had just turned 18yrs of age. went on to win my first show in CA and now am up to 225lbs at around 8%. But by judging the photo in the avatar of the maker of this thread i would stick to creatine and protein until you put on at least 50 more lbs.

Yea man keep it natural, from the looks of it you should have a lot of growing to do. I was.. ~140lbs at age 16 now at 19 w/out AAS i'm 202 12%BF(5'8). There's so much potential its amazing, most guys just dont realize it till it's too late. I've seen some friends take a cycle or two of test gaining 15-20 pounds then losing 10 of it, w/ barely any muscle improvement. Get involved in a sport, or SOMETHING, eat as much good food as you possibly can, and get on a regular training schedual. Along w/ diet and some small supplements i was able to gain a ton of weight, any one can at that age. GL man.
