Whats the strongest supplement an 18 year old can use?

( I am probably going to get flamed for this ) well that really depends on how far along you are IMO. I am 18 as well, about to turn 19. I am going to start a var only cycle in a few weeks. I think I have trained and eaten well for plenty of time to start jucing (before you all say anything let it be known i am 6' 206 @ 8-9%, deadlifted 455 when i was 16, and I am up over 500 now, I can bench 385 and do the incline dumbells 130's for 6 reps. my best squat was also 385 4 times.). I feel I am ready to juice, but I will only do var until I am 20-21 as to not effect my growth plates. but thats just me, If you really feel like you are ready for AS, and dont have much more growth to do, id say go for some var...

I would bet that you could gain another 30lbs or more by increasing your food.

maybe of fat, I was 225 in december @ about 13%, i got a sickness i would rather not go into, but It dropped me back to about 195 in 13 days. I havent gained much weight back (i am not eating as much) but I am slightly stronger than i was(took a while) and quite ripped (i look less than 9).

I cant eat like i used to, but I still eat at least 5 meals a day with a minimum of 60 grams a protein in each (plus the rest of a balacned diet).

can't believe some guys are encouraging juice with you...you really need to wait and do all you can to get as big and lean as you can in the next 2-3 years, then worry about it. It's not in your cards right now unless you are a genetically gifted god awaiting steroid assistance.

Food is a great builder of bodies. Too many people overlook food as their primary bulkers. Eating clean will put on some solid muscle if you're working your ass off in the gym.
 
And I just ordered V-12 about 5 min ago :rolleyes:

How will this creatine product be for those of us that don't respond to normal creatine? I tried Swole last time around and also wasn't impressed...giving V-12 a shot. Not sure what other options i have after this.

there are 4-5 ingredients and 3 of them are in very therpuetic dosages so I think when you guys take a look at it you think

"damn this is s great buy and wholy crap it really WORKS"
 
I'll bump this...theres a lot of members on this board who are young and probably thinking about using prohormones....there good info in this post....if you're young(under 22 or 23) just use your bodys own test...eat lots and train your ass off....creatine is ok...but phs should be used later on in life(after age 23 or so) IMO
 
Newbies please for the love of god! Especially at a young age. Use your own raging hormones to your advantage. Good diet, hard training, sleeping and some supplements ( otc ). All of this will help you acheive great results without fucking up your wallet and your OWN hormones. Plus the gains you make are pretty much permanent. I went from 118lbs to 145lbs NATURAL in 6 months!!! Lean ok! Not a fat bastard! I'm now 193lbs but that was because I hit a plateau after being natural for a couple of years and couldn't get to where I wanted to. I did it , you can do it. Go natural first!
