What's the biggest mistake you have made

Am just curious to see what the biggest mistake you have made on a cycle or with a cycle - whether it be your first cycle or most recent cycle - and can include not paying any attention to diet, not having a cycle planned out, using but not going to the gym, injecting in your groin, sharing needles or anything else as creative as your mind can go.

Mine:

I used to cycle quite heavy and in fact over the years have tried everything other than parabolin, fina and halotestin. However one problem I used to have is not paying attention to my diet and work out schedule while off cycle. I just lost motivation while not using and wouldn't really pay attention to anything. So I would start a cycle, gain anywhere from 5lbs of muscle and drop bf to gaining 25lbs with little fat gain but when the cycle was over I didnt care too much about working out. So I would gain, drop, gain, drop, gain, drop.

The good thing was that overall between cycles I would never drop more than I put on durin the cycle so the overall result was always an increase in muscle.

I recently came back after a very long lay off with a different approach and gained more than 20lbs in under 3 months without using - I know of 'muscle memory' but I didnt know it worked so quick after so long off. I am now coming to the end of a 10 day insulin only cycle and have added another 9kgs (with little fat gains being noticed) and strength has increased on average 15-20% in the 10 days!

Your mistakes, regrets or similar stories?

drinking.... That's my prblem... I fcked so many cycles up that way.. Leads to shitty diet eating a whole pizza beeadsticks chcken wings...all at 4 in the
orning then passing out ... Lolol I've learned now though just smoke some weed at night and go to bed

Oh man I remember those days - now my gf has banned me from drinking during the week :evil:

Yea that too those late night taco bell runs after drinking all night will fuck up a cycle!!

I think this is one of the most serious mistakes most users make when deciding to embark on a course of the righteousness (cycles) and it is mainly happens with teenagers and those in the early 20's.

So many people claim steroids are not problematic, they are safe etc etc that young people feel taking them will speed up the size at which they grow. Let's be honest, how many of us want to skip out the hard work and just get big?

I was like this when I was younger as well but now I am working hard for it.
 
My first couple of cycles I did'nt do any PCT and I would lose most of my gains, get depressed and then not train hard after cycle. Now when I get off cycle I push myself extra hard so I dont crash and lose my gains.... I get the mentality that" I worked this hard, spent the money, Im not losing this shit"..

ya i screwed so many up i quit for about 2 years now,just did a short one to get myself back in the drive and finally didnt drink or fuck up diet once...lolol...

ya i have to stay completely away or else 1 night turns into 3 weeks...lmao
 
^^^^ you sound just like me.. my fucking gf wants to go out all the time too. kinda tough. But the best thing i notice. is if you STUFF yourself before you go out.. Your normally so miserable you dont even want a beer :)
 
Low carb diet = not training with enough intensity to maintain muscle when dieting

Sticking to the same training routine for too long

Gaining too much fat in the offseason

I definitely concur. I did deca once, and only once, and it caused me the most painful nipples in the world. Some people are not vulnerable to this side by deca, others are and I am definitely one of them. After that experience I always stuck to eq with future cycles.
