Am just curious to see what the biggest mistake you have made on a cycle or with a cycle - whether it be your first cycle or most recent cycle - and can include not paying any attention to diet, not having a cycle planned out, using but not going to the gym, injecting in your groin, sharing needles or anything else as creative as your mind can go.
Mine:
I used to cycle quite heavy and in fact over the years have tried everything other than parabolin, fina and halotestin. However one problem I used to have is not paying attention to my diet and work out schedule while off cycle. I just lost motivation while not using and wouldn't really pay attention to anything. So I would start a cycle, gain anywhere from 5lbs of muscle and drop bf to gaining 25lbs with little fat gain but when the cycle was over I didnt care too much about working out. So I would gain, drop, gain, drop, gain, drop.
The good thing was that overall between cycles I would never drop more than I put on durin the cycle so the overall result was always an increase in muscle.
I recently came back after a very long lay off with a different approach and gained more than 20lbs in under 3 months without using - I know of 'muscle memory' but I didnt know it worked so quick after so long off. I am now coming to the end of a 10 day insulin only cycle and have added another 9kgs (with little fat gains being noticed) and strength has increased on average 15-20% in the 10 days!
