Whats the BEST supplement you've ever taken?

I have very sensitive gums and have found Co Enzyme Q10 to really help! I used to bleed when brushing, and light flossing, but now can go over 2 minutes with no problem. (I take one pill with a tablespoon of flax oil.) I've also read CoQ protects the heart against heart disease. Kind of expen$ive, but well worth it imo.

1)ephedrine (Kaizen) + caffeine (Jet Alert, $2.50) + L-tyrosine
2)Isopure whey (so tasty and mixes well with no lactose)
3)vanadyl sulfate (I have not tried ALA yet, but want to)
4)yohimbine HCL (usually added to #1)
5)triac (tiratricol)
6)vitamin C (prevents illness!)
7)creatine
8)1-test ether oral (it aromatized somehow)

1.) food
2.) massive amounts of protein powder
3.) Malodextrin powder post workout
4.) ALA - 3000mg's a day
5.) Creatine - 15-20 g's a day
6.) Ginger Root
7.) Xenadrine (mad intensity)
8.) Mulit Vitamin
9.) Yohimburn
10.) Fina

In all reality i think the best trio of all time for lean mass gains would be the potent combination of Hydroxycut, Nitro Tech, and Cell Tech :p :p   :p :p

best supplement ive ever taken is dog shit. eat it and youll grow by 300% gaurenteed*.

*Gaurentees not valid if you reside on the planet Earth.

Creatine is no doubt the best i've used. Speed, size, strength, endurance and recovery all in one!!!!!

The second best i have used is High Five's 'energy burst' amazing to mix creatine with, awesome pre/post workout or game drink.
Amazing first thing in morning, instant energy.

Protein pwders areok, but dont need them really, just eat meats, milk ect....

Vitamins and minerals are class also.

HMB is number 1!!! uhhhh what about Hydroxycut, when women take hydroxycut the fat just melts right off them! Boron is awesome too!

Excellent post! CoQ10 may also play a very therapeutic role in preventing some forms of cancer. Anyone who dips, chews or smokes should consider chewable CoQ10 daily. Besides that, anyone with any sort of periodontal condition could likely benefit from chewing CoQ10. I would bet the farm that it can be a lifesaver in some cases.
