ok ... I agree Creatine ...
but how about further discussion on more detailed decisions:
- liquid
- evervesent
- Monohydrate powder
- capsule
- spray
- how many grams?
also, heard in a recent training seminar that it is best taken with warm (or room tempature) water ... not with fruit juice due to glucose spike.
For example: Some powdered creatine products on the market may contain hazardous impurities like dihydrotriazine, a toxic and harmful by-product that occurs during the manufacturing process. And not only are these by-products toxic to you... they're also toxic to the creatine and immediately, although slowly, start to degrade it. And by the time creatine from China actually winds up in your paws... it could be 5 - 6 months... and massive degradation will have already set in.
heard that Germany makes a "purer" creatine ... any clues?
