I have been off for about 5 weeks. I ate between 5500-6500 cals a day(mostly clean) and trained 5 days a week and took sta-sun off. I took 20 grams of L-Gluteamin on cycle and off cycle I am taking Creatine, L-Glutamin, Flax oil(on cycle a well) to try to keep my gains. Hope this helps, Best of luck on your cycle
