What's the best choice

I'm starting 5x5 tomorrow and a new cardio program (45 min low intensity runs 4x a week), and currently I'm taking BSN True Mass protein right after workouts, with some 100% egg protein at night before I go to bed, I was thinking about adding BSN's creatine, Cell Mass, and BSN's NO, NO Xplode. Are those good supplements, espcially for what I'm trying to do (add muscle mass and lose fat)?

I think adding these creatine and no2 products to your regimen can help you.

Totally agree. AGX has better products and it is cheaper.

To me the NO and MCC are more for energy, strength than for mass. If you are looking for mass, I'd grab a stack from needto and supplement it with the agx stuff. That is a powerful combo that is working great for me. Tons of mass.

I second that, Noxplode made me sick too. I actually remember throwing it up a couple times haha. Some people like it though. I would get yourself a solid creatine product. It doesnt have to be an expensive product. Some people use creatine mono and it seems sufficient. Good luck

Yea Big Blast from Protein Factory. I prefer the Tropical Orange with Stevia. It's a big pricey but it's probably the best out there that I've found. As far as creatine, I actually like CellMass. It's not but like 14grams or so per serving which is easy on the stomach after a workout and also has beta alanine and glutamine. I also have Pro Source's German Creatine Mono. It's cheap and supposed to be good quality but haven't tried it yet.

On another note....you guys are saying that NO Explode made you sick but Amp02 doesn't? I haven't tried Amp02 but want too I just don't want to buy a whole damn bottle only to find out it makes me sick. Omega...you should sell 1 serving sample packs for like 6 bucks or something. Hell even Muscletech has sample packs. Anyone willing to ship me a serving of Amp02 lol? Please!

naNO Vapor and NO Explode both make me sick. its all the damn shit they put in them LOL. Amp02 from the ingredients listed on OMEGA's site has less than 1/10 of the shit naNO Vapor has (infact its so much just reading the label makes you say holy shit). i doubt Amp02 would make you sick.

Really...I've read that AGX has fast shipping. At 10 bucks to ship it should be in withing atleast 5 days I would think. Did you not get a tracking number? I'm asking because I ordered mine today.

Yah, I got a tracking number, I know its coming from california to South Carolina, so thats kinda far, but its express shipping, so I was def hoping to get it in Monday, and when its wasn't here monday I was hoping for yesterday or today.

I ordered 7 days ago and 4 days ago I got an e-mail from UPS with a note from the seller (AGX) that it wold arive at my house in 3-4 days. I mean I work in retail so I know how things can be trying to get something shipped, it just kinda scares me that UPS is still reading the same thing they were 4 days ago. I just can't wait, ahhhhh! I thought the reason for express shipping was for it to be fast.

ya i have the same problem i ordered the Omega Pamphlet #1 last week on thursday and it just shipped yesterday i guess it will be here tomorrow. Everyone else has been getting there stuff in 3 days.. course mine was free shipping so i can't really complain

Yes, well some companys are able to do free shipping, but most are not. Free shipping is a big + but should never be expected.

well every company is different, both Omega and Needto are great guys and help out everyone A TON. I do prefer NeedTo's shipping though It also depends on the efficiency of the Post Office and the people bringing your order to the post office to be shipped.

I can't stop raving about the Amplify 02, WTF! Go take a look at my forum, A Young Buck's Training Journal (in Weight Lifting and Training), and see the results yourself. As for the Raw MCC, I can't imagine what results are in store for me in the next few weeks.

What are your thoughts so far? How long did it take before you recieved a tracking number and how long did it take for your package to arrive? It's been three days and I haven't even recieved an order number or tracking number just a letter from paypal stating that I've been charged....

It doesn't matter, wait until its been five days then you have a problem, it took me 7 business days (with weekend 9) to get mine, but its worth the wait. Like I said I def got a good workout, if amplify doesn't have that diminishing effect to much, Amplify 02 will help me to get a LOT stronger, fast! I'm sure the Raw MCC will work great too. If the 6th business day comes around before it gets to you then message Omega. UPS never updated it status past them recieving my address or whatever, but thats on UPS not AGX.
