Licks hamburger,the kind you buy at the grocery store,with cheese,and frys and onion rings, I know I shouldnt eat it but I do so much cardio with at my job I can put fat on for the life of me which is good, now if only I ate well id be ripped
 
i bakead some chicken breastesis, and had some brown rice. I made that SF/FF jello for dessert. Im totaly stuffed. BUt if there was a chocolate cake with white icing here Id totally jam it into my mouth. no qualms.

i used to do the same shit

aparently mixing carbs and fats= horrible for you

and the insulin spike from banana pushes the fat directly into your cottage cheese ass

Poached Sea Scallops = boiled sea scallops...no poached(165-180 degrees) in white wine, lemon jus, salt, peppercorns and water.

Cauliflower Puree = mashed b-cauliflower...I confess, I let the cauliflower cook to long because I was on the computer. So I put it in the blender with low-fat yogurt, salt, white pepper.

Rosted Chix Jus w/ Thyme = his wife....yeah right, me married

Brasied Carrots = carrots passed through a lighter...actually cooked in the Chix Jus, very...very...slow

same her bro.bin all over italy.france germany ect.cooked in some fuckind outstanding placesis.but you and I both know that its the smale mom and pop kitchens around the world that have the best resapes,little less clase but were talking some good old cuntry cooking in these placesis.
