well im not sure yet but pretty much i cant curl the left leg (knee & down) back or extend it straight, sit down etc.. with out serious amounts of pain... i got it massaged but it didnt loosen up thats what she thinks it is.. the doc said go for physio and if it doenst loosen up she thinks it torn.
