Heres my meal plan....this was yesterday's intake......Today Im changing it a lil....

7:30AM
7 Eggs whites
3.5 ozs of Turkey Sausage
2 slices of seven oak wheat bread
1 tspn of ANBP

10:00
Protein Bar (Rockin'ROll by Labrada)

12:45
3/4 cups of Brown rice
8oz of Chicken Breast
3.5oz of Turkey Sauge

3:00
Protein bar

6:00

Isopure zero carb Protein shake 1scoop

8:00
Isopure zero carb Protein shake 1scoop

9:00
Workout 45min
RacketBall for 45min

11:00
1 can of tuna

My BMR is 2280.8

Heres my chart from Fitday

Im trying to cut down...

Bodyfat % is around 20%
Ive done this before on my own and got down to like 15% but I took a break and gained weight again.....

Current weight is 217
Goal is around 185

Would like to get here by Late May
Lift weights 5 days a week
Racket ball 5 days a week
3 morning cardio sessions throughout the week

any suggestions I would greatly appriciate it!!!!!
 
I guess since it really is calories in vs calories out, your macros are fine.

i do 40/30/30 and ur preety close to that as well.

The only thing i would change are the protein bars.

I also on seen was the ANP as your source of FAT, im guessing the rest are in the protein bars. Wich are high in SAT FAT. You need to get MORE EFA's such as fishoil. I take 3 teaspoons = 120 cals of FAT.

Also for Cardio Empty Stomach + HIIT = fat furnice.

When i was cutting i would use real food only and replace the protein shakes as well, even tho they are better then the bars. But your body digests them quicker then real food

Any other good bros/gals wanna chime in?
 
Inital thoughts ... (going back to look) 4 out of your 7 meals are replacements ... is this for convenience?

Water intake?

How open are you to changing up your meals?

Ya I work 40+ hrs and take 5 college classes so its based on my schedule BUT I am willing to change some things up.......I plan on buying Flax seed oil today.....I have fish oil pills too....should I take both....

Any suggestion to modifying this for better results and I am willing to do.....

I drink about 1 -1.5 gals a day of water

Ya I did that work out this moring.....full spring for a minute and pace for a minute....I did that 8 times!!!!! my legs hurt as we speak
 
I'll probaly be sore tommorrow....Im doing cardio tues, thurs, and fri mornings.....so I have a resy day in between

I don't like this part...protein bar, protein shake and again protein shake...al 6:00 throw there some steak, hamburghers with some brown rice
in 6 hours you eat that stuff and that work out for 90 min?
