yes.. i've tried everthing under the sun it seems.
supersets, high intensity, low intensity, heavy weights, light weights high reps..
i took about 10 days off from working arms directly.....went back and shocked them
w/ high reps, high intensity.. alot of supersets.. didn't do jack shit i think they got smaller.
i've tried going heavy for just 6-8 reps and that doesn't even get my arms sore.
