What to add to Test/Deca/Dbol

Hey guys I'm running 600 test 400 deca and 30mg dbol. Awesome ass cycle I must say. I'm holding a fuck ton of water though and I'm pretty lean. About %9-10. Should I add Winny or masteron for some dry/hardness? I've heard Winny hurts joints. Opinions?
 
I wouldn't add anything to that. Test/deca/d-bol is tried & true, but you gotta take the bad with the good. You're going to gain some water weight. You're running an AI right?
 
Yes i have Adex and letro. Ok I guess I'll bulk and leave another compound out :/ bulking to a lean 240. I'm about 215 now

use aromasin at 12.5 eod and try to fine tune your diet a bit to help with water rentention.But dbol/deca combo is known for adding alot of water bro.Thats what they do
 
My diet is clean.

Meal 1: 7 eggs

Meal 2: 12oz chicken (plain)

Meal 3: 12oz chicken (plain)

Meal 4: 12oz chicken (plain)

Meal 5: 12oz chicken (plain)

Meal 6: .75lb hamburger patty w/ 3 slices of cheese
 
How I would do my AI was I would take 2.5mgs of letro only on Sundays. But it would kill my estro by the next day and I kinda felt like shit. So took 1mg Adex last night because I was really watery yesterday and I looked much much better this morning and feel great. So I will get some more Adex and probably run .5mgs E3D or I might even try 1.25mg of letro a week. Just kinda playing around seeing what works. Thanks guys!
 
Flip-flop your Test and Deca dosages. Control estrogen, insulin and sodium intake, then you will control water retention...
 
I've always knows to run test higher than deca. Why flip-flop?

The reason why people struggle with water retention when running Test kind of high is because they don't know how to control Estrogen. Now, the OP is running Test and Deca together, which is a recipe for disaster in relation to bloating. Test aromatizes to Estrogen, but when running it with a 19-Nor like Deca Prolactin issues are more than likely to occur. If estrogen is checked than prolactin will be checked...
 
My diet is clean.

Yeah it's 2850 cals I believe. I know it's pretty low, I've been trying to lean out a bit and it's worked. But I have a snack bar that's 280 cals each I'm going to add those in so it will add about 560 cals. That'll put me at 3500.
 
Where's your carbs? Where's your fats?

If you're running test/deca/d-bol, this is NOT the appropriate diet IMO.
 
Test/deca/dbol and 60 grams of carbs? Thats almost ketosis, and this is a clear bulking cycle. Deca and dbol are both carb dependent steroids and u can reap huge results from both. U will not grow that much on 60 useless grams of carbs a day.
 
Jesus, I dunno if I'm hungry or I wanna kill myself, your body Needs a little crap in there. Your mind needs some variety too, you can only eat so much chicken
 
you need to vary your amino acid profiles too. you do this bu varying your protein sources.... up your carbs if you actually want to grow, foods tge most anabolic thing you put in your body
 
Idk how he eats chicken breast so much without wanting to kill himself lol....300 grams of it in 3 of my meals is a workout it'd self. Each mouth full is chased with water.
 
I work 30 minutes from home and 9 hours a 8-12 hours a day. My gym is 5 min from work S/O chicken breast is easiest. Yes they get old 😕

calories in general are your friend when tryinb to grow...2600cals or what ever his diet was is not going to help him grow at nearly the rate he should be on test, deca and dbol...

Foods are JUST like training, you will eventually adapt. The question is (with both food AND training) is how long does it take? If you're body is still changing and you can tolerate it, then by all means; chicken can be your only protein.

You may want to change it a little tho just so you don't go insane. Add in some ground turkey for example.

Don't be afraid of the carbs tho, you seem to be gaining really well (which tells me your training is on point) if you can get the diet piece nailed down then you are going to add some serious quality mass.

AGREED! I cannot stress this enough muscle you need food to grow also you need a gram of protein for every pound of muscle.
Personally I prep my food 2-3 days in advance so it never gets old.
 
I personally love my diet. Carbs make me tired and bloated. I eat them on the weekends usually starting off by Friday night me and my dad go have an ice cream post workout for dat Insulin spike. Then I eat potatoes and such Saturday and Sunday. So Monday I look hella good in the gym. Bottom line I know it might not be "optimal" I guess for my drugs but this is Basicly what the golden era did only I haven't added in fruits. Ive gone from 176 to 215+ and I still have abs and obliques (I'm not shredded tho). It works for me & Thank you guys for all of your input.

But why wouldn't you add carbs into a bulking cycl like this? Dianabol enhances glycogenolises, every nutrient especially carbs become more useful. Not that your diet is bad, but for your goals and this cycle lay out it isn't the most optimal. Most starchy carbs will bloat you but otherwise I'd try adding in at least a cup or so of brown rice with every chicken breast meal or a cup of oatmeal with breakfast. You'll gain so much more

even just 50 grams of carbs pre, intra and post. this shouldn't bloat you but will defs enhance the cycle. diet is key!
 
Agreed with the last 2 posts. The amount of each macro is the key, not just the macro itself.
 
If I were to add 100 carbs or so what would be the best? I work 8-10 hours a day and go straight to the gym after so I'm gone from the house about 13 hours no microwave or fridge. I throw my chicken and eggs in Tupperware and cook beef at home for dinner. What carbs are good cold/sitting out all day? Are rice cakes any good or are they sugar?

id do something like 1.5cups of white rice pre and post. high gi carbs are best around workouts (from my experience)
 
All I have is brown rice 😒 but I do have plenty of white potatoes! I eat 12oz chicken postWO when I get home so I will throw in 100carbs of potatoes. With that 12oz and then my beef for dinner. Cool S/O just added 400 cal I'm at about 3900 now

white potatoes are my go to carb source during off season funny enough. they taste fine cold. i make jacket potatoes in the microwave and whack a little source on them and they are mint.
 
White potatoes are bae. I use fat free butter too to save fat cals so I get more carbs. I've been gaining weight too and keeping my abs was 214 this morning so I'll see how this extra 400 cals helps.

Can't do white potatoes. They bloat me way to much after eating and imo taste horrible cold lol.
 
Hey guys so I had my white potatoes POSTWO today and boy did I feel a pump about 1.5hr later. I had 4 servings (104carb) and It bloated the hell out of me but only lasted about 45 min. Anyways. I'm up to 4000 clean cals a day and I'm still hungry. I ate 2 servings of graham crackers after dinner as desert because I did deadlift 405x6 and 495x3 today just seeing about how strong I was so I will more than likely up the food even more because I'm still hungry.
