which lunch?

lunch 1 = turkey sandwich
lunch 2 = chicken breast and brocolii
lunch 3 = chicken w/ peppers and onions (fajitas - the shell)

LMAO, I'm on lunch # 1 right now........pork chops and green beans.

There's only ONE LUNCH!!! It's the 3rd meal of the day for me....half way through.......3 down 3 more to go..........today it was

8oz ground beef
6oz yam
a little chilli and enough veggies to bloat the hell out of me and ruin my next meal! LOL

you sure i always thought there was
breakfast
brunch
lunch 1
lunch 2
lunch 3
dinner
supper
midnite snack

or wait does supper come first?
 
usually :)

and currently im not taking ANY shakes when i go to bulk mode (cant wait) the meals will get a bit larger and added fat and i throw in at least 2 shakes

i am just very very active.. its not genetics trust me if i stop working out i look like a lame fatass..

but eating non stop throughout the day really really helps keep me lean.. oh and doing judo/mma 6x a week isnt hurting :)
 
breakfast some eggs on wheat

brunch whole wheat bagel with roast beef

lunch1 turkey on wheat

lunch2 chicken n broccoli

lunch3 chicken w/ peppers and onions

dinner steak and veggies(corn/brocolii/carrots/potatoes/whatever i got)

supper lean burger meat on wheat bread

midnite snack chicken/steak depending on whats left over

thats a mix of what i had today/yesterday..
its all about the prep work :)

10 oz chicken breast + some bbq sauce
some water
2 servings of greens
1 peach
4 sugar free popsilces (only 10 caleries per unit)
