Does long term HGH use mean acouple 6 month cycles or abusing it and not cycling it and just taking it as long as you want?

as they end up cycling HGH yearly for years on end. I don't see the need for men under 40 to use HGH; the benefits - in terms of size - are not that amazing IMO, while the side effects can be very serious. In all fairness, you can get pretty much the same results with a primo cycle and diet.
