What kind of stack should i be on?

Okay peeps im tired of blowing my mind asking peeps in the gym on what i should do and getting diffrent anwsers from each person.

Im 20 5'10 140 lbs. My metabolism just seems to fast. I can eat all day long and not gain weight. I have even tried to not move alot while eating 3 big meals and dig up all te snacks i can eat between meals even eating 2 boiled eggs between meals. But im not gaining weight. Ive been working out for 3 months and i seem to be losing weight now. My body just seems cut tight and compact and nothing has changed in my body except the size of my biceps/triceps. Now im thinking of taking Weight Gainers/Whey Protien. I dont know any advice would be appreciated thanks alot.

And if there are any side effects i should keep an eye out on.
 
you need to eat like 6 times a day
25-30 grams of protien and carbs each, probably more carbs since you have a faster metabolism
adding a protien carb drink right after your workout will help

then we need to look at your workouts, if you don't train correctly, you won't grow

Thanks for the input.. I am training corrcetly I have a friend at gym guiding me. He himself jumped from 143 lbs to 175 last few months on whey protien and hes about 5'8.
