Got up at 10, had a disgusting whey/dextrose shake, whole wheat english muffin with honey and peanut butter, swallowed 30g of anna va.r, busting up my back in about 10 minutes, having a PWO shake with another 30g of ana.va.roxyandrollololone!!, washing/cleaning the inside of my car, visiting my nonna, maybe hit up the mall for some new getups, just a milky milk day.

finishing off a lil protein shake, then ill take a shit, do 30 min of cardio, eat some food, and probably move into school
 
working from 7 AM PST till 6 PM PST and going to see superbad for a second time and go out and drink and enjoy my youth.

1. hit on only the hottest chics tonight... no low hanging fruit
2. clean all glass inside place
3. wash towels
4. pop some zits on my back
5. call father

shit man, i miss those days. the anxiety, getting pissed at everyone who is driving through campus making it impossible to park within 343249 yards of your building, over-eager kids all happy and shit to be back at college so they can drink they're faces off and do things they'll regret/make them fat cuz they're not home with mommy & daddy anymore, having to deal with snobby professors and worthless roommates, stuff like that.
 
this morning. . .80g's of whey protien mixed with 2%, two eggo waffles with butter and syrup, two frosted brown sugar and cinnamon pop-tarts, about 6 cups of coffee.

now i'm gonna work for a few hours. . .lunch will probably be a cheesesteak special (steak, cheese, onion, peppers, mushrooms and sauce on homemade italian roll), a big-ass bag of chips and a real mountain dew. . .it's cheat day baby!!

later on. . .20 minutes on the elliptical, 5 - 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag and abs.

dinner. . .ribeyes on the grill, corn-on-the-cob, maybe a sweet potato.

night cap. . .get bizzy with the missuz and then watch the end of the bristol race. . .
 
i spent the last 3 hours out in the hot sun at my boy's football practice. it was ungodly hot out there. later this afternoon take my son to weigh-ins for football. he'll come in at a stellar 65 lbs +/- a few. SOme parents at practice today talking about hoping their kid "makes weight" for their age and the fact that they have been overtraining their kids all week and underfeeding them in an effort to "make weight".

pretty interesting for 7, 8 , 9 yr olds

i slept in for the most part because i partied the last two days. going to take it easy till next weekend.

have to meet a client, going to go train, cook some food that i've been delaying on.

i feel fat
