What is your last meal of the day?

I usually eat 6oz chicken breast and either 2TBSP EVOO or 1-2oz cashews or peanuts. If I dont have chicken I will eat 5 whites 1-2 yolks or 2 scoops casein/whey blend and 2tbsp EVOO or 1-2oz nuts. What are you guys having?
 
For me it depends on the day since I am carb/calorie cycling. Usually it's two scoops of Whey Iso/Micellar Casein blend, 1 tbsp of ANPB, and 4g of fish oil.
 
you know some mcdonalds they sell the big mac for .99 cents after 4pm now...so when the one close to me is running that special i eat a couple of those bad boys every night.....hmmm now that i say that out loud maybe that is why i am a fat ass....ha ha

just kidding...I eat 6oz. of checking breast with zero cal hot sauce...
 
usually 300g cottage cheese, 30g whey, 1000mg green tea extract, 2g fish oil, sometimes 3 crackers which is like 12g carbs to have with the cheese
 
Slow digesting protein, 99% of the time eggwhites, with almonds
