What is this? Possible infection?

I need a little help in identifying what this is:

I train with Nathan and use the utmost care in making sure everything is clean and sterile. I injected last Friday into my left shoulder. This was my third injection. On the two previous there were no problems whatsoever (in the right quad and the right shoulder). On my left arm about 3 or 4 inches down from where I did the shot; a red patch developed. It isn’t even the size of my palm but it is warm to the touch. Below (when touching harder) it is tender.

Other facts:
I worked out on triceps the Friday I had the injection.
I worked out on shoulders that Sunday.
I went to a walk in clinic, there was a grumpy old doctor so I lied, I said that I had deep muscle acupuncture, he said it didn’t look infected.
My shoulder hurts a bit when I raise my arm up.
There is a bit of swelling but not a lot.

Alright, is this just muscle reacting because not all of the AS has been absorbed away, it is still holding AS and didn’t appreciate me working out on it?

I appreciate anything you can give me here.

possibel two things? exema maybe. I get dry patches when I use in the winter. That is nothing uncommon though. I get them on rear triceps and side abs sometimes.
I highly doubt infection, more like skin irritation. OR your arm will be falling off in next two-three days.

get some lotion and keep on eye on it. If it get's worse check in with the derm clinic.

I once and only once injected QV enanthate into my right shoulder and had a similar response. It went away a little after a week but it was painful and had me worried. It looked more like an allergic reaction than anything. It did go away though and I did nothing special to help it fade.

Same exact thing happened to me using deca. I actually got it in both delts. It's nothing to worry about and it took me about 1-2 weeks for it to subside.

it happens, and its not infection. if it starts to really hurt everytime you move, or touch it, then you have a problem
