decent pay raise percentage wise?

I've been handed my yearly Evaluation.. (and may I say it was Excellent ) and also told what my raise will consits of. To me yes it seems reasonable, The company has been very consistant throught the five years I've been with them, but I never really wondered if what they were giving me was cosidered good or not..

yea.. thats what I was asking.. they didn't go by percentage they basically said.. this is what we will give you monthly.

I know most companys normally give a percentage of base salary I was wondering what percentage...

I figured it to be 7.2% ... and yes that damn .2% makes a difference.. hehe. If they contiune at this rate it might even be worth actually working for my check

My COL raises have sucked the last couple years. Our benefit cost ended up being more than the raise.

annual raise should be minimum 6%... a good one would be 10%+
