According to Diamond's view, all of the Steak, Chicken, eggs, cheese, etc that i eat should've put 70lbs on me, not have taken it off Hell, i'm broiling a steak right now. I'll enjoy it with some mayo and green beans
Bro i've had my fair share of arguments w/ Mr.1liner. I do agree that you should get most of your protein from real food, fuck the shakes. But red meat is not an every day necessity, many bodybuilders don't eat it every single day.
