What else for High BP?

I just finished my 5 week cycle of epi- extreme.and starting my pct today.

My pulse rate is high and i can tell my BP is high too. ( after doing a few sets of incline press my heart was throbing like i did 20 reps of squats) ( also woke up last night with my heart racing and feeling very uneasy, i used a foam roller and some yoga to chill me out)

Im figureing it should drop down after a few days bc the epi should leave my system fast.

Im going to start adding back in some cardio a few times a week.

I have read Coq10, hawthorn berries and ginko biloba are good for BP. Wondering what else could help my situation???
bc my diet is very low sodium and im already taking plenty of fish oil.

shit could i even take need2guard now??

Let me know what u guys think. Im on my way to go do some cardio!!!!!
 
have read the triple strength fish oil actually has raised LDL in studies. just your normal fish oil should do along with hawthorne berries. I'd stay away from fat burners with any sort of stims in them at the moment. high as in how high? what readings have u been getting?
 
800 mg Magnesium/day
800 Potassium/day
1.5g Calcium/day
150mg CoQ-10

Do this right now for 2 weeks. At that time you should see a significant drop. If you dont then you need to see your Dr.
 
what zed said. plus up your water intake and if you have n2guard take it but i wouldnt order it now. do you have post cycle or what is your pct?
 
i havent taken my bp bc i know the one at the local cvs is too tight on my arm. i just got back from doing some intervals for cardio and i feel pretty good. im going to go by some hawthorn berries today and maybe some coq10. i need to buy a legit bp cuff for my house. and for my pct im running forged post cycle at 3 caps per day for a month followed by bridge. i ran hcgenerate throughout the cycle so i dont feel too shut down. thanks for the help guys! i think bring back some cardio is going to help a bunch and im going to go a bit lighter in the gym but for some more reps. prob a nice change of pace anyways
 
if that is you in your avatar i would say you are a victim of too high a dosages. i would lower the dosages or stop everything now. its not like you are holding a lot of fat on your frame or you are in bad shape.

this isn't a bad thing, it just means your body reacts strongly to epi, so in the future when you run it don't go crazy with dosages
 
yea thats me about 2 weeks ago. im little bit leaner right now. but yea i stopped everything and started my pct today. do you think forged post cycle for 4 weeks and then bridge would be enough for pct? i started at 20mgs a week and worked up to 40 mgs total. Also would asprin at a low dose be a good idea?
 
Shoulda used N2GUARD while on bro and you wouldn't be having this problem. For now, don't lift heavy, avoid salt and lose some weight.

ur bp will be fine once you are off.

if your nuts are shrunk i would grab hcgenerate, otherwise some unleashed/post cycle will work for such a short cycle.
 
yea i know next time i will def grab need2guard. i ran hcgenerate throughout the cycle but my nuts def did shrink alittle bit (ill order some tonight before the sale ends). im using forged post cycle instead of unleashed and post cycle bc needto was out of the combo but i have read they are very similar. just want to say thanks to everyone for helping out. gives me some peace of mind
 
sorry guys one more question - since im going to be adding hcgenerate along with the forged post cycle should i cut both dosage in half or keep them the same bc it seems they have some of the same ingredients?

If your arms are bigger than the average, make sure to buy the large size cuff because if you get the regular one it could give you a false reading (too high).
 
Just got back from doing a light back workout and holy shit do i feel like crap. i went light and my heart was going like crazy and my eyes are blood shot. but this morning when i was doing interval cardio i felt fine. i will be laying off the weights for the next few days and just doing cardio. im on my way to the store to pick up some 800 mg Magnesium/day,800 Potassium/day,1.5g Calcium/day,150mg CoQ-10.

Get some taurine also,be sure to watch sodiun,drink lots of water and do moderate morning cardio.
 
thanks radar. i ended up getting everything on that list. and one of the products i got has 250mg of taurine in it. im going to stop the weights for the next few days and stick to the cardio. i will keep you guys posted.

I would go with the hcgenerate and post cycle/unleashed combo...works like a charm

has anyone had issues trying to sleep with high blood pressure. i havent got any sleep the last 3 nights. its like i fall alseep for a hr then wake up. i feel so damn drained out. and my veins are like the size of pins( small) cant even see them. shouldnt the epi be getting out of my system soon. its been 2 days. but boy do i feel like shit

That sucks ,feeling like that hardly makes it worth running a cycle.
Try some Need2sleep (NTBM)use RADAR15 for your discount.
Also some things you could do, have a Shake before Bedtime, and run some peptides the release of HGH to help sleep patterns.
 
yea man. its making me re think everything. im young and this shouldnt be a concern at my age bp and shit. i need to get back into doing some more cardio and focusing more on my health then getting big. since epi is an oral shouldnt it leave my system within a few hrs?
 
the half life is quick but there is a build up in your system and you have really tweaked your whole system so it will just take some time.

Epi is great but you still need to take some precautionary measures with it and then you can enjoy a side free cycle next time.
 
yea man. im starting to feel better today. my resting pulse rate is coming down and im starting to relax. i must say i was really freaked out for a while. i think next time i will keep the dosage around 30mgs. 40mg for 2 weeks is just too much for my body. my plan is to take the next 3-4 days off from lifting and just do some cardio. its not the best thing to do during pct but the weight training really makes me feel like death. but once i get my health back together i would like to run some epi and ssome sust. but def not for at least 6 months.
