Not enough time for me..... :worried: hour to 2 hours is good
what do you try to achieve? You think I would get better results if I go longer than 20-30 min? I usually set the treadmill on at least 3% incline and keep the speed around 3.5, that way I dont run but I do the very fast walking

i would do 30-60min as i previously stated fat burning at low to mid itensity doest no kick in till the 15 min mark.

and your speed and incline is okay!

What am i supposed to go do. Leave and come back ten min later

depends on your diet and goals

if youre low carbing, imo, a good time is a little after a meal

otherwise, for the most part, tis after an anaerobic workout

the early morning empty stomach thing is arguably feasible, but depends on how much muscle youre willing to lose, and your dietary follow up

so, depends

The studies I have read show two general propositions:

First, Doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is beneficial because it speeds up the metabolism for the rest of the day.

Second, doing cardio in the evening after dinner speeds up the metabolism right hwen it is slowing down towards it lowest part during the day.

In sum, there are benefits to doing both.
