If the intensity is high enough you'll continue to burn after you stop working out.

depends high intensity = muscle loss = weight loss

low intensity = fat loss = muscle preservation

so the question is vague really..

wait, wait, wait......high intensity = muscle loss????? So, if I have the treadmill set with 5% incline and I have the speed up a bit, I will lose muscle? It just doesnt make any sense to me. I thought the oposite :worried:

Its all about target heart rate.. incline walking on a decent speed is fine if your in your HR . anything else is cardio training..

my target hr is 129-136

220-agex65% some use 70%

for fat burning? morning. . .on an empty stomach. . .and don't eat for an hour after.

otherwise? whenever you individually have the most energy, as you will most likely get the most cardio-vascular benefit from it.

Much like sex, anytime is a good time for cardio, especially for all you
fatties and juicers

I'm at 70-90 minutes of cardio Monday - Friday..

Running on an empty stomach is truly the best for FAT LOSS. and you can do it for a shorter time and get better results.

20 min is a good time.

Not enough time for me..... :worried: hour to 2 hours is good

On a totally empty stomach I think it would start almost instantly.
