what do you think is the best time to do cardio?

And I bet you would see the 10-15lbs if I posted a recent pic. Its mostly in my mid section that is showing it. Thats why its annoying
 
Goal Dependant

To see max fat loss am cardio is best. However i have read some studies about fatty acid oxidation is great post workout..

but if your just a normal person just getting it done is important
 
Definitely in the morning, never been disappointed with the results. I prefer running @ night, but the results aren't quite as good for me.
 
See one thing I do know is if you do cardio in the morning not only will you burn more cals but you will feel better all day round I know this for a fact because Ive tried both ways ...

How much cardio are we talking on a empty stomach? I can't do a 40 mile bike ride and no food.....or run 7-8 miles with nothing.... :worried:

Running on an empty stomach is truly the best for FAT LOSS. and you can do it for a shorter time and get better results.

20 min is a good time.

20 minutes? please elobarate

fat oxidatidation doesnt start till the 15 minute mark so your really burning fat for 5 minutes!!!

If the intensity is high enough you'll continue to burn after you stop working out.
