What do you struggle with the most when building for muscle mass?

Everyone's will be different. Mine is building leg muscles... as i am 6'2 and all legs. but what is yours, and how have you tried to solve that pain point as of now.

Bis, Tris and Calves. Everything else just grows in proportion for me

Havnt solved it just trying differant things doing more volume for calves and really hitting them hard and they are growing very slowly now instead of not growing at all...

however traps, forearms and back came pretty easily for me especially in the beginning...

Doesn't look like you have arm size trouble from here...

Just overall weight gain in general...

I need to be bigger everywhere...

Yeah I'm a vertible "Lag" My Traps, Tri's, Forearms, and mostly legs....My chest has always grown uber easy as well as my bi's and ego...

Biceps... where as my abs back and thighs get massive with barely any effort :(

i believe chest and legs even though i hit bench press and squat every time. The thing thati struggle though its not to put much fat on but i cannot make it. i always put on a lot of fat.

Chest without question. I have always struggled to build pecs. My arms and back grow very easily. My chests has always been the laggard. I get so jealous of you bastards who get chest growth easy! :D

sorry bro, all you have to do is be a bench king for 6 years without doing squats or deads LOL.

But seriously, Id say triceps, and maybe traps

Biceps. I hate doing isolation curls. I tried to do some yesterday and just quit after 3 sets. It bores me to death. I don't know, I can deadlift with 110% intensity all day, but when it comes to doing isolation biceps I just don't want to hear it.

My arms suffer though. They're not too small, but compared to my big back/shoulders they look smaller than they're supposed to be.

I hate biceps. They bore me to death. Also back is tough. Its just tought to use heavy weights on some of those exercises to really get the contraction that is required.

Yep specially back training it's hard to achieve a good contraction with heavy weights.

Welcome back bro.

Well I have been basically doubling up on my chest workouts in relation to the rest and over the last year it's catching up. I had a problem with push movements for years due to a injured forearm so basically I did a lot less chest work. So...now it catch up time. Fortunately I like bench day a lot.
