What do you eat for breakfast?

I just developed an allergy to eggs, milk, and soy milk. From what I dound out if you eat the same food every day this can happen. Now, I have to have something like sausage with oats. Or when I am not cutting I do a plain greek yogurt with berries and flax. Or Ricotta with berries and flax. Yummy!

Just curious.. how long did you go eating these foods everyday???

As far as the egg whites...I went like a whole 3 weeks where I had them with oat for breakfast. Then on my last week of cutting I was eating nothing but egg whites for 2 days and then chicken and lettuce two days then back to egg whites, see the pattern?> It sucked ass. But I lost the b/f and gained an intolerance to eggs now. It doesnt take long for this to happen.
AS far as the Soy, I rarely used Soy. That was shocking news to me.
And the milk..rarely had either..Only as a kid at dinner or occasionally on a cheat meal.
But my nutrionist says its so important to rotate your foods and not eat the same things every day. I have an interesting article if our interested?
 
1 med. red potatoe nuked then diced up
then a little olive oil in the pan and fry potatoes(really fast cause there alrasdy done)
then 4-6 whole eggs in with the potatoes
i keep 1 lb. ground lean beef in the fridge ( i cook 1 lb. at a time) add a couple Tbsp to mixture and voila
looks like a mess but is awesome

I've gotten so used to it, I can eat it cold with cold water, no hot water or milk needed.. But I do use skim rather than drinking any milk.. I always like to drink a little glass of OJ as well with my breakfast.. then 5 eggwhites, and maybe a banana on non cardio days... I pretty much purchase 10 eggs per day..
