4 egg whites, 3 chickon filets cut up in to squares seasoned. pam the pan then throw the chickon in after a little put the whites it and more season. Over medium heat this shit is good. I also have a bag of these south beach diet crackers, i can give two shits about the south beach diet but it has only 100 carbs, 2g of fat all polyunsaturated and 15 carbs. All this with a Isopure protein shake (50g) with 2 scoops of Glutamine (2g) and im set.
