What do you eat for breakfast?

I always eat the same thing every morning...

4 hardboiled eggs
500ml of skim milk
1 cup of oatmeal

Animal protein:~42,8g
Calories:~762cal

Not a bad way to start the day if you ask me.
 
Egg whites and oatmeal are a staple

Apart from that I can add beans, oil, milk, tuna, cream of wheat....
 
I workout in the mornings (5 days a week). So, Pre workout: 1/4 cup of oats and 3 whites; Post-Workout: PP shake; 1/2 cup of oats w/ 4 whites.
 
I cup Second Nature Eggs, 1 1/2 cups Quaker Rolled Oats. Two cups green tea, 1 tsp clover honey, 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 cup skim milk

Not much in the way of nutrients.

Throw some blueberries in that oatmeal and add some Smart Balance for plant sterols.
 
ok i can see that all you guys eat eggs, i cant eat them ! i get Very ill, so right now i have a bowl of oats, a slice of toast W/ tuna ,and a new thing i found.................... its called

Glycerophosphated casein Mix... its a really low cal protien mix to add to water only 30 cals with 3 scoops.. only 20.1g of protien in 3 scoops though.
but it does taste like chalk.
 
If I'm doing morning-empty-stomach cardio I have: nothing beforehand & a shake immediately after with either skim milk or fruit (ie strawberries).

If no morning HIIT: usually 1 egg yolk + 4 whites + a Turkey breast burger patty + veggies.
 
I eat the same thing every morning. 7 egg whites with 2 tbsp of salsa, 25grams Isopure Whey, 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 120 grams of cherry tomatos or 100 grams of red and green bell pepper slices, 1.5 tsp Udo's oil blens and 10 grams of glutamine mixed in with the oats. Wash it all down with a cup of decaf green tea.

Either:
Protein Pancake: 2 eggs, half cup oatmeal, half cup cottage cheese, splenda, and cinnamon
or:
Noodle Stir-fry: Medium Egg noodles, minced beef, peppers, onion, and 2 eggs

how the hell can u down a can of tuna in the morning, nasty dude :sick:
 
hmmm....why is everyone throwing out the yolk on their eggs? they have the good fat (mono) and its cholesterol raises the LDL which is the good one, right? I always eat the yolk with my eggs.....
 
2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop ON 100% Whey on higher carb day

2 servings egg beaters, 1 scoop ON 100% Whey, 3 oz apple on lower carb day

I miss my oats on those days though!

People throw out egg yolks to limit their fat intake. I like to keep one for flavor, and the fat if I need it in that meal.

20.1g of protein and 30 calories? That doesn't add up. It should be at least 80 calories.
 
get a big bowl and add:
1c oatmeal
1/2c skim milk
1/2c plain nf yogurt
2 scoops whey
add some splenda
add some fruit

usually looks like: 720cals, C/F/P = 95/7/65
 
i usually eat this for breakfast

1 cup of oats
2 scoops of whey
2 tablespoons of natty pb
water
ice

blend together ingredients and have yourself a breakfast smoothie
 
4-6 egg whites 4 piece of whole wheat toast
x lg coffee
38oz spring water
1/2 cup OJ
cup fruit

wake at 7 and eat this before 8 8:30 the latest then continue at eating at 11 or so!
 
I eat a 2 jumbo egg omlette with 2 of the following tomato, cheddar, ham, mushrooms, salsa. Nice bagel with cream cheese on the side, chased by a whey shake with a tblspn of flax.

I love bulking.

1 slice cheddar cheese
1 whole grain english muffin (i make a small sandwich)
1 banana
1/2 cup Kashi GoLean Cereal w/ skim milk

Are they butter flavored or reg.? i could do it if they were the butter ones, but not the reg. I've been mixing by scrambles eggs and grits together forever.

I do eat the butter flavored ones. I use 2 packets of spenda per pouch though.
 
if i'm short on time, 6 raw eggs, otherwise i eat something along the lines of 2-4 whole eggs sunny side up with thin steak and some kind of vegetable.
 
4 egg whites, 3 chickon filets cut up in to squares seasoned. pam the pan then throw the chickon in after a little put the whites it and more season. Over medium heat this shit is good. I also have a bag of these south beach diet crackers, i can give two shits about the south beach diet but it has only 100 carbs, 2g of fat all polyunsaturated and 15 carbs. All this with a Isopure protein shake (50g) with 2 scoops of Glutamine (2g) and im set.
 
2 scoops of ON 100% whey, 1 c Oats, 3-4 strawberries, 1/2 c blueberries, 1 banana, 1 T flax oil, water

Throw all that in a blender and its DAMN good
 
I just developed an allergy to eggs, milk, and soy milk. From what I dound out if you eat the same food every day this can happen. Now, I have to have something like sausage with oats. Or when I am not cutting I do a plain greek yogurt with berries and flax. Or Ricotta with berries and flax. Yummy!

Just curious.. how long did you go eating these foods everyday???

As far as the egg whites...I went like a whole 3 weeks where I had them with oat for breakfast. Then on my last week of cutting I was eating nothing but egg whites for 2 days and then chicken and lettuce two days then back to egg whites, see the pattern?> It sucked ass. But I lost the b/f and gained an intolerance to eggs now. It doesnt take long for this to happen.
AS far as the Soy, I rarely used Soy. That was shocking news to me.
And the milk..rarely had either..Only as a kid at dinner or occasionally on a cheat meal.
But my nutrionist says its so important to rotate your foods and not eat the same things every day. I have an interesting article if our interested?
 
1 med. red potatoe nuked then diced up
then a little olive oil in the pan and fry potatoes(really fast cause there alrasdy done)
then 4-6 whole eggs in with the potatoes
i keep 1 lb. ground lean beef in the fridge ( i cook 1 lb. at a time) add a couple Tbsp to mixture and voila
looks like a mess but is awesome

I've gotten so used to it, I can eat it cold with cold water, no hot water or milk needed.. But I do use skim rather than drinking any milk.. I always like to drink a little glass of OJ as well with my breakfast.. then 5 eggwhites, and maybe a banana on non cardio days... I pretty much purchase 10 eggs per day..
