Ok, so I'm getting back into lifting after a couple years off. I never was a 'pro' at it or anything so starting back up I wanna know what supplements I should take to give myself the best results.
Here's a list of what I was thinking. Please tell em if I left anything off or if anything I listed is not worth taking. I want anything that will help me gain mass, burn fat, and have massive energy for lifting. Also please advise on which is the best brand of each product.
Whey Protein
Casein Protein
Creatine Monohydrate
NO Hemodialator (got good results with NO2 couple years ago - is NO-Xplode any good?)
