What do I do? My Source doesnt answer me anymore..

Here is my dilemma...

I ordered some gear from a forum poster who has tons of posts, and I figured he would be trustworthy. I posted a while back saying I was worried it had been 2 weeks and still no gear. Well about a month later now and he doesnt answer my emails and questions anymore. He is actively coming here and looking around.

What should I do? Should I contact a moderator via email? Should I be trashtalking him all over this board? :).

Help me please, I need to figure this out..otherwise I am out $350. I figured that a source off of this board with plenty of background here to be trustworthy.

Again thanks for all your help and guidance guys, its been overwhelming.
 
Ok I have contacted a couple of moderators via secure email, and have not heard back from them. Can someone recommend a certain moderator that might be able to help me with this. Still no luck on my side :( Thanks guys for your help!
 
shoot mr. x aap, radar, or polfa a mail. they take a while to get back bro. they are busy as hell and have a million problems to deal with, be patient. don't post anything first you will get banned, i got scammed by that chase fuck a while back many bros who got scammed got banned for speaking too soon, good luck, hope its just a misunderstanding. shoot me a pm bro
 
Ok I will shoot them an email. I know they are busy and I dont want to bother them. Its just this guy is active on this board, I dont know if its a misunderstanding or not, but its getting to be a long time here. I hope something just went wrong, hes on vacation or something. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.

Thanks for your help I will do my best to figure out whats going on, and at the same time if this guy is screwing me stick it to him :).
 
he could have this set as home page on his compter. then it would show he was on anytime the computer was on. Just a thought.. but i had that fucking shit .it is hard to be patient when you are so excited to get your shit.
 
i know who this fuck is and its not his first round either, he tried to get me when i was newb and luckily i was only a newb to ef not the gear world. the mods are being contacted, i can't believe this guy's balls

no update yet, havent heard from anyone..except from my source a couple of hours ago with some threats i guess. Look at this email I just recieved:

"You wanna play games and tryt to ruin my rep, now its my turn! Go run to the Mods w/ this message, Im gonna ruin more than your rep!"

#1, I really have no rep, #2 I never tried to ruin anyones rep, rather just tried to get my gear or get my money back.
 
Think asking a mod before using someone is a waste here.Will they reply back and help you? Maybe if your real lucky,if they do what will they tell you? Yea someone used them before,how is that going to help you?Why would someone send 350 bucks to someone they havent ever bought from before on the first buy? If you dont have your gear in 3 weeks it aint coming,dont care were you ordered it from! Your best bet is to roll the dice buying off someones site online. Just check how long the sites been up by useing something like samspade.org to check on site.They make there living selling and like to keep people happy.Fourm people are like wolfs they pray on new people that are dum enough to send them money,when caught,they will just change there name and look for another. If your sourse crys when you dont want to buy alot at once or trys to get you to buy alot the first buy,ask yourself why? If he wants your business and is trust worthy he will send you a small buy and understand that your looking for trust and insurance before stocking up on bigger buys.This guy who ever he is seems mad now because you post this on the board,but if he wanted things to be right he would of made them right asap.Only other possiblity would be someone took it out of your mailbox which is a 2% chance,unless someone you know knew that you were geting it.Funny no one would ever help me so i winged it got 2 good sourse on my own doing searches with out any problems and pretty good prices too.Next time just order 100dbol and see if you get it first the lose will be less painful on your pocket.....

thats allright I know all the bords this guy is on.he wont be on them for long.
 
unfortunetly this guy is going to get away with this again, do a minimum of 5 source checks with mods, i can't stress it enough, i got burned after doing only one with a repitable mod, one mod might know something another doesn't or a vet might. be careful only use sources you trust. don't ever trust someone that just pms you trying to help

YOU tried to scam me when i was a newbie as well as other bros on this thread who know what i am talking about. you got away with this but your rep is ruined. bro i am going to let everyone know who you are that i know my word will spread like fire. i hate people like you who steal and then have the balls to threaten the person they ripped off.

Alot of guy's / gals have been scammed including me ... Don't give up I know it's frustrating but it take's time. I have been at it for three months and still searching

Here is an Update:

I have been getting emails from someone supposedly "representing" the person I ordered from. He has been saying he was going to send me my gear, but no gear yet. He now is not even responding to my emails.

It seems like a bad stall tactic, I am not sure why he would want to stall. Maybe trying to scam as many people as he can before he gets banned? I am not sure but this whole situation is still getting worse.

I hope that this guy decides to cough up my cash or my gear, I am taking further steps to nail this guy.

I hope you get your stuff, keep us all up to date on what's going on. Scammers are like an infection the sooner you take care of it the less damage it can cause.

He's on vacation???!!!??? I think I might know who you are talking about but I need to make sure. Hopefully you can post his info soon!!! I hate scammers!!!
 
Keep us updated Bro...I am a newbie too and have had someone contact me through email as well, like over and over again...so of course I am curious as to the valididty as the mods I talked to have not heard of him.

Legit distributors to NOT have to campaign to rake in business bro, don't bite. Stick around for a bit and learn all you can then ask a mod and be patient.

I think I have a fair idea who that dude is. I haven't see him posting lately.

Chase was the worst ever though. Can't have been too clever either allowing Bros to pick up his real name, address, and telephone number. I think I'll send him a postcard from London next week!!!

WoW. I never thought it would be this crazy to get things. I have been having crazy trouble of my own. You should list the scammer so other people don't follow your path. Sorry about your lost though.
 
I sent him a very stern PM demanding the goods or issueing a refund ,however his last online activity was Aug 19th so he hasn't seen it yet!

I am considering banning him anyway!
I'm only holding off to see if he comes back online.

Like where you sent the funds to, the name you sent to, the address, any WU info you may have used, etc...

You would be surprised how many of these scammers are dumb enough to use their real names, or their gf's names, etc...:o
