What do fitness models eat and use?

what is your theory on what fitness models use in terms of PED’s, steroids, etc. and what they are eating to achieve those types of bodies?

I’m 5’5’’

135 pounds

I'm pretty average but I do work out in the gym a few times a week. I would love to attract the same attention as these ladies who have tons of followers online. how do I achieve their bodies what is their secret

there is no theory

they diet and train hard and they use a lot of sarms and some steroids
 
There is nothing theory behind this, just they take healthy meals, follow a strict diet and work hard and do different kinds of exercises and gyming.


Generally, fitness models putting their best body forward are eating greens on a daily. Vegetables like broccoli and spinach are nutrient-dense. They provide fiber and are low in calories to help maintain a lean physique.
